Placements: Placements in the college are not that good but average. FMCG companies are not visiting our campus for placements. Only insurance companies and BPOs are visiting for placement drives. Placements are not up to the mark. The packages offered are also not enough for survival. Many seniors told that they left the companies where they got placed because the work conditions were not good.

Placements: Placements at GLBITM are quite decent. More than 200 companies visit the campus with a minimum package of 3 LPA and maximum of 10 LPA. Last year, there were 100% placements for our seniors. Companies like Karvy, HDFC Bank, Jaro Education, Justdial, India Mart and many more visit the campus for placements every year. Many companies visit for summer internship also. The highest stipend offered is Rs. 7,000 per month plus incentives. Overall, the placement cell is very efficient.

Students are also introduced to various industrial experiences and are prepared for the upcoming future events. The campus placement record of the past few years is not very good. If you are thinking to get a job with a moderate package, you can choose this college. Most of the companies which visit the campus are below average.

The average salary package offered is 3.5 LPA. Companies like HDFC, Naukri, Ceasefire, Karvy, etc., visited the campus for placements. All the students were offered internship opportunities from the college.

G L Bajaj provides opportunities to every student in the placement drives and to improve themselves. Good companies visit the college to hire students, and they offer good salary packages. The companies hire the best students.

Not only our seniors but also the students of our batch are getting opportunities to get placed in companies like Jaro Education, Karvy, HDFC and a lot more. Our college is known for its 100% placement which is actually true, but the students have some expectations, it means college should focus on quality placement instead of quantitative placements.
