I am very much satisfied with the curriculum and the teaching provided by the faculty.

Placements: For the civil engineering branch, 27 students got selected in the campus interviews in the year 2012-13. Out of which 11 students got placed in L&T and remaining in TCS, Wipro and Tech Mahindra. During the year 2013-14, 23 students got selected in the campus interviews but were placed in TCS, Infosys and Chegg India. During the year 2014-15, 33 students got selected in the campus interviews. Out of which 2 students were placed in Pinnacle Infotech and remaining in TCS and IBM Service. On an av...

Absolutely satisfied because of sound faculty members, good environment and infrastructure.

Placements: The placements for my academic year was bad, and I guess less than 25% of them were selected. But for my senior & Junior batches, it went well. The highest package was about Rs. 3.5 lakhs and the was about Rs. 2.7 lakhs. Giant software companies like the TCS, Wipro have visited our college and selected a good number of students. But the only thing is that our college gets only software companies, no core companies. The percentage of students who got internship was too low, hardly 15 to 20 from a...

Some of the companies that visit our college are TCS, Wipro, Hyundai, Veda IIT, Medha servo drives, Amazon, Sonata and many such core companies, every year. The maximum number of students were placed in TCS. The highest package offered is about 16 lakhs per annum, and the average package is above 3.5 lakhs per annum, till now.

Best for studious students.

Placements: The highest package in GVPCE is 14 LPA, but the average package is 3.3 LPA. It has been following the same trend from 3 years. Almost 75% students got placements in the previous years. TCS, Amazon, Wipro, Veda IIT etc., visit our campus. Besides placements, the college also offers internships to students in various companies. It encourages students to participate in various projects in the name of the innovation centre. TCS offers major placements in our college. ...

It is the best college in Andhra Pradesh only for study.

Placements: Students should have a minimum of 60% on academics to attend campus placements, but if you are a good student with backlogs also gets placed here. The highest salary package offered here is 22 LPA, while the lowest salary package offered is 3.5 LPA. Product-based companies like Amazon, Mu Sigma, Value Labs and service-based companies like TCS, Wipro and CTS also visit here for placements.

Good placements and environment

Placements: Placements are really good. You have 50 percent chances of getting placed. If you a good learner then your chances of being getting placed is 80 percent. TCS is a major recruiter for our college since the past few years. Even in hard times, the college placements cell pushes TCS to take more students which is very positive.

If you wish to get placement in a software company, go for GVPCE.

Placements: The placements in the software field are good. In spite of the recession the percentage of students recruited in software companies in our batch is quite high. The day one company recruits bulk in number. The core companies of mechanical engineering that visit are less, and even the number of candidates they select is quite low.

The college gives you back if you are eligible.

Placements: If you have a good percentage and talent, you would be placed in some good core companies. If you are good in your first year and with no backlog, you have more than 90 percent chances to be placed in an IT company. If you are talented in software then you will get some of the top companies like Amazon, TCS Research Group, etc.

During our time we had good placements, and a bit dissatisfied with the faculty.

Placements: From a software point of view, the placement opportunities are good. When it comes to core jobs, I can say there are fewer chances. But if you want to join software, I would recommend this college. There are good sessions in the college for the students on how to crack interviews, and the college needs to improve on core side.

I am satisfied to learn in this college. Good subject knowledge is provided by the good faculty.

Placements: Excellent placements are provided for those who opted for electronics and communication engineering and computer science engineering. There a little fewer opportunities for the remaining branches. This college is the best option for those who are interested in settling in software field.

Good placements in 2015, the infrastructure needs to be upgraded.

Placements: The placements conducted by the college were good. In our 2011-2015 batch, a total of around 450 students got selected in the campus placements out of 1200. Top software MNCs like TCS, Wipro and MindTree have visited the campus. Irrespective of the branch, the students get their specializations. Everyone got an offer as a software engineer. When coming to the internships, we didn't get many good offers. Not a single penny was offered as the stipend.

Good placements in 2015, and worth joining.

Placements: The placements were good for our batch. Almost 50% of the students got placed during the campus placements. The maximum salary as far I know was around 8 LPA. The minimum package offered was around 3 LPA. Mostly, software companies visited the campus. There were the placements in core companies as well, but one or two used to get placed. I am not sure about the information of paid internships.

The best place to join for B.Tech. Great in placements too..

Placements: My college has had good placements in the past few years and the recruitment percentage of students has been gradually increasing year by year. The training faculty supports us in training our soft skills and personal skills. Almost all the companies visit our college like IBM, Microsoft, TCS, etc. Packages starting from Rs. 2.5 lakhs PA to Rs. 12 lakhs PA can be expected here. More than 85% of our seniors have been placed.

Best but bad in some things.

Placements: We got a good number of placements from reputed companies with good packages. The students from all the branches got placements equally and overall, the placement performance of the campus is good. The highest package offered overall is 7.5 lakhs and the average package is about 3 to 4 lakhs.
