Review of Geethanjali College of Engineering and Technology.

Placements: Placements in our college are average and above average depending on your branch. Placements for CSE and ECE take preference and placement sessions and activities start as soon as they are in 3rd year for those branches. There are many opportunities if you're willing to take them. Currently, we have six phrase training, and we did technical training until the COVID pandemic. There were mostly service-based companies liked TCS, Tech Mahindra, etc. But since last year or so placement for product-b...

Our college has a good infrastructure but needs to improve in terms of interacting with students.

Placements: Most of the companies which visit here for placements are BPOs. Majorly all students get placed in BPO companies in our country like Tech Mahindra, Genpact, Amazon, etc. However, various other companies also visit here to hire students, but yet most of the students were not allowed to attend placements in them due to lack of credits or eligible criteria. Our college only focuses on providing good opportunities for students who have high grades and doesn't provide support to most of us.

Overall it was not a good college.

Placements: Around 90% - 95% of the students got placed from the college. Tech Mahindra had a huge intake, but it did not provide offer letters back in 2017. Many of us kept waiting for a long time and eventually had to find a job on our own. The average salary package offer ranges from 3 LPA - 4 LPA. There was no option of doing internships as it was not part of the B.Tech program. Hence no industry exposure and practical knowledge was provided.

Satisfied to some extent. Hope our placements will increase by the end of 2020.

Placements: Placements in our college are not that good. The highest salary package offered is around 6 LPA to 10 LPA. But, every student will get a placement in one or the other company. Our college gives high importance to placement training. They conduct CRT classes, aptitude classes etc. About 80% of the students get placed. As ours is the first autonomous batch, we are expecting a better placement percentage for our batch than the previous batches.

Placements: The placements are really good in the college from last three years. Since many companies are visiting the college and recruiting a large number of students. I guess atleast 40% of students are placed in any of the companies. The salary packages are not too high. The highest package may be 6-7 Lacs per annum. A good college with good placements.

Placements: The placements provided at our college are good, and there will be much more development in the coming years since it has become autonomous. Last year, around 526 students were placed under JNTU system. The highest package offered was around Rs. 16 lakhs per annum, and the lowest is Rs. 2.5 lakhs per annum. The management is trying hard to increase the placement number from 526 to 600.

Placements: The college provides an important opportunity to the students to succeed in their career. For seniors, the placements were good, but due to saturation in the market, present batch doesn't have opportunities for seniors, but still, the college is trying its level best. The students placed percentage is around 40%. The average salary package is two lacs per annum. The companies recruit the students from all branches. The college is improving in providing the internships to the students.
