The life of a student in the university .
Placements: Almost 80% of the students get placed in the campus placements. Most of the students opt to pursue a master's degree after their bachelor's, and some opt for government sector jobs like in the Food Security Commission and so on. The annual package of the students varies often. The packages lie between 8 LPA and 14 LPA. The top recruiters of this course would be Dodla Dairy, CALAVITE, and VCR Labs. This course teaches us processing of food, packaging of food, quality control, reservation, and many more. And students get placed into fields they are more interested in.
Infrastructure: The campus has a very good infrastructure. The campus is Wi-Fi enabled; 50% of the campus is AC classrooms along with laboratories with high-end equipment. The campus has a Knowledge Resource Center; it consists of both a physical and a digital library. The digital library is very helpful as it allows us to download top research papers for minimal costings. The hostel also provides hostel facilities. The hostel has both AC and non-AC rooms with 6, 4, 3, and 2 sharing rooms. The hostel also has a good mess that maintains good hygienic standards along with nutritional food. The hostel also has other features like a gym and health center.
Faculty: The faculty in GITAM are very helpful. Most of the faculty have completed their doctorates, and they would be available to help you with the academics throughout the semester. The one more thing I like about GITAM's educational method is the mentor system. You would be allotted a mentor during the initial days of your college life, and they would take care of your academic issues and even non-academic issues if there are any. Each semester would be around 5 months, and each semester would have 1 mid exam. The pass percentage would lie around 40 to 50%.
Other: I have always been interested in food. And I feel like the future holds a systematic robotics lifestyle. People would be busy with work and would look for fast and easy food options that are precooked/paced/reserved food. So I felt like this course would be helpful to grow a career out of it. The only improvement I would ask for in this course is field and factor visits. As much as theory and practical knowledge, it would be helpful if you had field visits so you could learn about the real-world challenges and examples. The campus of GITAM hosts many events throughout the academic years. And one of the biggest annual fests would be PRANAMA, which could last 3 days with ethnic day, workshops, concerts, etc.

You can have a good future in this university.
Placements: Around 98% of students got placed in this course. The top recruiting companies are HCL, Wipro, etc. There are few placements for science students as compared to engineering students
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is excellent. There is a decent library. Laboratory is very good. Classrooms are well-maintained. Hostel facilities are average. Sports management provides equal preference to students with studies. There is a cricket ground in this college. Sports are conducted like football, basketball, and volleyball.
Faculty: Faculty members are highly qualified and experienced. Teachers also use smart learning and they are good faculty members. The course curriculum is relevant to make students ready for the industry. Semester exams are easy. The pass percentage is average.
Other: Our campus life is very good.

Placements: More than 90% of students got placed in our course. The highest salary package offered was 4.6 LPA. The average salary package offered was 3 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies were Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, Aurobindo, and Granules India. More than 80% of students got internships in companies like Dr. Reddys Laboratories, Granules India, Mylan, and Aurobindo. The top role offered was a team leader.
Infrastructure: Classrooms were well-equipped with Wi-Fi and projectors. Labs were Wi-Fi enabled. Students had access to enter in the library, which has many books. The quality of the food was very good. The hostel rooms were maintained and hygienic.
Faculty: Teachers were helpful. Most of them were Ph.D. holders in their respective subjects. They always helped and cleared our doubts. The course curriculum was relevant and made students industry-ready. It was an autonomous college, so exams were conducted by our college itself. Exams were conducted strictly under CCTV surveillance.
Other: I opted for this course because I want to work in pharma-related companies. Our course should include more information. Many events and fests are conducted at weekends with respective departments. Our campus provides scholarships to students. Our college is located in Rudraram village. Our college has a peaceful environment and is surrounded by greenery.

I am very thankful to GITAM University for providing knowledge about our course.
Placements: About 80% of students were placed in our course. The minimum salary package offered was 2.5 LPA and the maximum was 3.8 LPA. Top recruiters were Dr. Reddy's, Aurobindo, and Granules India Limited. Top roles offered were team leader and team member.
Infrastructure: Our university was located on the outskirts of the city, with good infrastructure and beautiful greenery. Classrooms had projectors. The library was huge and an access card was provided to avoid losing books. Every weekend, we will play cricket at the college ground. The quality of the food was very good. It was delicious.
Faculty: Faculty members were Ph.D. holders in their respective courses. They were very friendly. They cleared our doubts without anger if we asked again. Our course curriculum was relevant. As an autonomous college, exams were conducted strictly. The pass percentage was 90%.
Other: I chose this course as I was interested in working in the pharma sector. Events, fests, and other activities were celebrated in a grand manner.

Best University in Hyderabad.
Placements: We are a batch of 40 students. The tuition fee for this course is 52,000 yearly and they take a special fee of 8,500. If you pass in their entrance exam which is known as GAT exam, which happens every year. You will receive a scholarship and you won't have to pay any fees, that depends on your marks how. I have heard that international and national companies visit the campus in our last year and select the top students for working in their companies. I am in 2nd year right now so I am still studying. It’s a great and easy course. You can easily get a job in India as well as abroad.
Infrastructure: There are so many facilities. Every classroom has AC and Wi-Fi connection available. There is a canteen in which you can eat fried rice at 70 rupees. The labs are also beautiful with all the equipment. We have a big library available and we have cricket, basketball and football grounds, etc. I have eaten hostel food so I can say that it is hygienic but it doesn't taste that good. You can still manage. They take 10,500 INR monthly as hostel fees for one room. There are 4 members so it gets messy to live in the hostel. I recommend living outside the hostel by taking a room nearby or somewhat 10 kms away.
Faculty: The teachers are excellent and helpful to but they won't obviously help you in marks if you fail. Overall, the faculty and principal are very good. There is no strict faculty. The course curriculum will make you industry ready. Passing percentage is 40%, including midterm marks.

Overall it is an average college.
Placements: As a B.Sc. student there is a very less chance to even appear for any drive. This is one of the drawbacks. Also very less preparation or training classes are there for off-campus placement also. I remember only B.Tech and M.Tech students got jobs at the tech fest.
Infrastructure: I was a day scholar but I know the hostel was very good. The fees is 10000 but according to the money every facility was provided to students. My friends used to enjoy in the hostel. The sports section of our college is excellent. We used to eat the tasty food from the canteen daily.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and qualified. Syllabus is easy and students can pass the exams easily as the difficulty level is medium. Regularly attending classes and studying properly can help pass exams easily. The curriculum also used is apt to the present professional environment.
Other: The environment is excellent for studying.
