Placements: On the campus, the placements are good. On an average, 4.5 lacs per annum is the package offered to the students who were placed in the last year. Many companies visit our campus. The faculty will support for this, so we should also support. Depending on our performance and capability, we will be placed. Every year, on the campus, 80% of the students will be placed.
Placements: There are no core companies for mechanical engineering students. All we got was CSE based companies and few companies such can Reissue themselves to mechanical. I guess the base salary was 2.5 LPA, and the highest salary was 11 LPA. There a training and placement cell in the college which is quite good as they look after you very well regarding placements.
Placements: Almost all the companies which came for placement were IT companies. It was very disappointing. We were told a lot of things during admission which were not at all fulfilled. The administration isn't bothered about core companies. Many times we had asked the director to look through this but all went in vain.
Placements: The placements are quite good for top students, but for average students, there is very high competition, and compared to last year it was poor. Moreover, there are no core companies this year. Most of them are BPOs and business analyst jobs. CSE people have more placements than other branches, but for 2018 batch, they don't have many choices for placements.
Placements: I think we have low placement percentage. It is difficult to get placed. Companies are not showing interest in our college due to lack skills in students, maybe 30% of the students are getting placed. The highest salary holding is 10 Lacs per annum. Tech Mahindra, Mitushubhusi, etc., are some companies that visited our campus.
Placements: The placements are good enough which are provided by the average companies with the average packages, but if you dream for the high packages, then there will only be some companies. 60% of the students are placed, and the highest package was 10 LPA by VMWARE, and the lowest was 2 LPA by Amazon BPO. Many roles like the testing, development, call centre role are allocated. Many internships were provided, many companies took students right from January as interns.
Placements: The companies are coming and hiring few students with a less annual package, and it is not worthful for the students. The students are not satisfied with the placements. The placements were not done for all the students in the last academic year, and the students are not satisfied with the college.
Placements: The placements are great, as far as you just want a job. 3.5LPA is the package given by most of the companies. Amazon and Adobe do come. But as of now, no one has got selected. There are more than 10 companies offering above 6 LPA. You can even get into more than one company. Everything depends on your knowledge. CSE placements are worth it. But not any other branches.
Placements: Almost 90% placements are there in this college. The placements are good, especially, for the computer science and engineering students. Good training for placements by FACE group is provided to the students. By the brand name itself, many companies are visiting, and students technical knowledge is going down as the academic year is getting progress.
Placements: My batch has a large number of students, so the placements for everyone seemed to be next to impossible. A fair amount of students got placed in the prestigious companies like Capgemini, Amazon, CGI, L&T, etc. The placement process was smooth and gave a good outcome.
Placements: Placements are meant only for software engineers in GITAM. Mechanical branch has got very few, that is around 15 out of 200 which is not even 10%. Moreover, as per the present scenario, GITAM has got 15+ sections for CSE, whereas other branches hardly have 1 section. By this, you can know how worse it is getting.
Placements: Placements were quite decent. A lot of good companies like NTT data, Tech Mahindra, Amazon and Verizon to name a few, were on the campus. The ROI was not that great in the college. During my year of placements, the median package was about 3.5 lacs PA. Because of the batch size, the package generally takes a hit.
Placements: There is a minimum of 50 companies which attend our campus every year. The most popular companies like Amazon, Voonik, AT&T, VM Ware, Tech Mahindra, CGI NTT DATA, HP, Mindtree, L&T Metro IBM and Toshiba. These companies first give internships to the students so that they can learn the kind of work and conduct an exam about what they learnt. The salary packages are like a minimum of 3-4 LPA. With amazon being the highest at 18 LPA. For internships, there must be no backlogs and a minimum percent...
Placements: Since GITAM is a well-established university, MNCs to newly established companies show interest to have their own intake by conducting on-campus plus off-campus drive in the organisation. Every year, more than 40 companies visit the campus and provide a huge opportunity to students. According to 2015-2016 academic year, the minimum salary offered to students is 2 lakh per annum by Relgo and the highest salary offered is 26 lakh per annum by Amazon. Around 75-80 percent of the students will get ...
HBS, GITAM is the University of Brilliance. HBS provides unbiased education facility for any eligible MBA aspirant with a good entrance score. We have good mentorship for students with all professors for guiding us. Unique feature is that along with practical knowledge we are also taught theory part more elaborately. We also have distance education facility for working professionals so that they can learn while working on job which make our institute more vibrant. First year of MBA we have commo...
The first thing which comes to my mind when I want to talk about HBS, is its Faculty. But HBS is much more than a set of experienced teachers. Be it the campus, people here, infrastructure or extracurricular it’s no less than any other top business school. Along with all these I like the campus more because of the fact that its far away from the city's pollution and chaos. The residential facility with well-equipped in-house library, cafeteria and play-courts make the stay of students at campus ...
I have mixed reviews for this college, from my limited experience as a student of this college. The college provides a great infrastructure and good pool of faulty members. The classes are conducted in both traditional and modern techniques likes case study, presentation etc. The frequent visits of guest lectures provides great insights other than our syllabus. The examination system is not transparent or bias free as far as I know. Some faculty are not up to the mark, some are great .above all ...
Well, it’s been 6 years that HBS has been encouraging and motivating young aspirants to take up their interests on entrepreneurship and other business related careers. The interesting and still paradoxical thing about HBS is its Trimester based two year full programmed. The students can be made to be as occupied as possible and it can be too pressurized at same time. The much awaited events at HBS are Lakshya, joy of giving and many more. The faculty is definitely a Priceless treasure at hand bu...
Placements: Placements are good but most of them are placed in marketing roles rather than their specialisation, but it might be due to industry requirement. Nearly 30-35 companies visited the campus and nearly 80% of the class is placed. They even provide assistance to students for summer internships.
Classes are very interesting taught by the lecturers. Petty interactive. LOTS of exposure through seminars, business lecturers and motivating sessions. Events are a place for learning as well as fun. Learning Resources (library) are limited. Lecturer’s intellectual helps the student gain more knowledge due to their experience, skill and qualification. Even students have opportunity given by them to pursue internship in various organizations like trip advisor, skincare etc.
