It is an amazing experience in the college, but the fee structure is high.

Placements: Placements in our college are very good. We will get placed in the 7th semester. All the companies line up to the college to recruit fresh graduates. More than 30 companies visited the campus for placements. Almost100% of students got placed successfully in MNCs with a median salary package of 4-5 LPA.

Good Infrastructure with great placements in 2017-2018 and Decent faculty and Extra curricular activ

Placements: Good placement opportunities for the students who are worthy enough with good skills and academics. More than 200 students were placed alone in companies with above average packages and the lowest salary was 3.5 LPA with an average package of 5-6 LPA and a whooping 12 LPA by great companies to those who deserve it. Companies like Accenture TCS Microsoft Wipro and other reputed companies had a go and many students got placed. Roles were offered depending the capabilities and skills of the student...

You can consider this college.

Placements: Placements in college are decent. The average salary package offered is around 3-3.5 LPA. The highest salary package offer is from Microsoft, and it is around 15 LPA. Companies like Accenture, TCS, Microsoft, Deloitte, MuSigma, NCR, Byju's, and other reputed firms visited the college for placements. There is the department of training and placement which looks after internships and placements.

Review of GITAM University Visakhapatanam - Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management.

Placements: About 90% of the students got placed from our batch, and also form our seniors batch. Various well known and prominent MNCs visit the campus and offer several roles to students. The average salary package offered to students was 5 LPA. There is a placement cell which plays a key role in inviting companies and providing exposure to students.

The college has good infrastructure and system but bad placement statistics.

Placements: In 2019, around 300 students from our senior batch got placed. The placement rate of Gitam is reducing every year. The placement percentage of our college then was around 60%, but now, it's around 25%. TCS is the regular recruiter of Gitam. Many students in Gitam aspire to go for higher studies since they know that they end up with no job.

I will rate GITAM University 4 out of 5.

Placements: CSE and IT get a good number of companies for placements. Mechanical, ECE, EEE, and civil branches do not have good placements. It is better not to be very optimistic about core companies. Just 10% of the students get placed in core companies. Same is the situation in every college. I cannot say that our college is on the benchmark for placements, but I can say that if you are good at what you do, then you will probably end up with a decent job.

Studying at GITAM University is worth the money.

Placements: It is the best college for the one who is searching for the best placement opportunities. Reputed companies visit our college for placements. The placements are provided based on your average marks obtained in the examinations. Overall, it is the best college for placements.

It is a great place to explore. The college has good staff and infrastructure.

Placements: Placements in our college are quite good. Many students got placed in companies that visited the campus over the past few months. Renowned companies like TCS, Accenture, Delloite, Wipro, and many more visited the campus for placements. The stipend offered for internships is good.

Review of GITAM University - Gandhi Institute Of Technology And Management (GITAM).

Placements: Most of the students who have good CGPA will get placed. Our college doesn't assure 100% placements. Eligible candidates easily get placed in one or the other company. Students with some good technical skills and a resume which is different from others can get placed in companies like Microsoft and Deloitte.

Overall, the college is good but takes out everything from your parents' pockets.

Placements: Major recruiters of our college are TCS and Accenture. All the other companies recruit very less number of students. For mechanical engineering students, a few core companies like Maruti Suzuki, Mahindra and Mahindra, Fiat, Continental, Coromandel, etc., visit our college to offer placements. Overall, the placements record is good.

The college with good facilities, but dissatisfied with the fee structure of college.

Placements: A decent number of companies offered placements to both our senior batch and our batch. I am not so sure about the percentage of placements. The highest salary offered would be 12 LPA, and the least would be 2.8 LPA. The roles offered were of associate software engineers and business development associate, and very few students were placed in core companies.

Overall, the college is satisfactory.

Placements: Placements in the college are good this year. The highest salary package offered to the mechanical students was 12 LPA, and the lowest was 3 LPA. Anyhow, very few companies visited for core branches, rather software companies like TCS, Accenture, TCS Ninja, TCS Digi, etc., were the mass recruiters. Campus recruitment done by Indian Navy and Army is good based on the number of applications.

The infrastructure of the college is excellent, and it offers placements in software sectors.

Placements: Placements in the college are good for software jobs. It is difficult for the core branch students to get placed in core companies. The highest salary package offered is 6 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is around 2.8 LPA. The average salary package offered is 3.3 LPA. The companies like TCS, Accenture, Tech Mahindra, Deloitte, and few more companies visited the campus to offer placements.

It's a college where you can be happy.

Placements: Placements in the college for my batch were not up to the mark. As I am an instrumentation engineer, all the companies belonging to software visited for placements and no core companies have visited. But 50% of them were placed in software companies. The highest salary offered was 9 lacs per annum and the lowest was 2 lacs per annum.

Placements: Placements were good for the students of our batch. Being a student of the electronics department, I got placed in TCS. Many students from our department got placed in leading IT companies at the entry level. The highest salary package offered to the students of our department is around 8 LPA, but computer science students were offered a package as high as 12 LPA including signing bonus. Placements: The placements are good. The college promises and fulfils its promise of 100% placements. Every year, a lot of students get placed in different companies. The college also conducts classes for the final year students to prepare for interviews. Many big companies visit during the placement season every year.

Qualified because of good infrastructure, fine staff.

Placements: The placement percentage seem to be high. Maximum of them get placed for service based companies such as tcs. There are people who do not get call letters also. The ratio of people getting place in product based companies to the people getting placed in service based companies is less.
