Overall, it's a good college.
Placements: Placements are good. Approximately 80% of students are placed. The minimum salary package is 6 LPA. Many companies visit our college, like Infosys and Wipro, with an average salary of 6 LPA. The college also provides good facilities for placements and students get their dream jobs.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is pretty good according to the place it is situated. Everything is provided according to the needs of the student. Every facility provided by the college is good. Still, development is needed.
Faculty: The college is affiliated with VTU. Exams are pretty well set according to the university. Revaluation is strict. As the college is affiliated with VTU, exams are pretty fair, according to the students. Overall, it is a very good college. Faculty members are very helpful.
Other: It's a good college according to the place it's situated. Government seats are also provided.

It not a good college for those who dream for good placements.
Placements: A maximum of 35% of the students is pursuing a computer science stream. CSE, ECE, ISE are the best streams to choose from here. Some companies are recruiting very few students. Companies like Wipro and Infosys have shown some interest in our college. Only 2-5% of the students are selected for companies rest are either unfit or not interested in these recruitments.
Infrastructure: Our college provides Wi-Fi at 2G speed. I am a day scholar so I don't know about the hostel, but some of our friends are who stay there said that it is average. Very few people participate in sports but they conduct it. The food served is good for survival, and not much to expect there.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are strictly attached to the syllabus only. Teaching quality is poor. Teachers aren't updated. They follow a regular pattern of completing the syllabus. Our stream is best in our college, but other branches have to survive and have to work hard by themselves without any help.
Other: Our college Some organises a farewell party, freshers' party, and some competitions also. The environment on the campus is not that good for those who want to learn new things. They are only attached to the syllabus. There is very little time for extra learning such as coding, any hobby, etc.

GNDEC - Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College.
Placements: Placements in our college are very poor. Due to the lack of top companies in our city, no companies visit our college because it is far away from Bangalore. In our college, what lectures teach is not enough to get placements. Around 50% of students got placed. Students should search for placements by themselves.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is very good. It is the biggest college in our city. It contains many branches. All facilities are good. The lab is good. Our college has a ground, an auditorium, and a garden.
Faculty: Our college is under VTU, so exams are conducted according to its rules and dates. Faculty members are not good at teaching. Some of them are good but not all. There are many courses in our college like computer science and engineering, information science, and electrical and electronics engineering. Most of the lectures belong to the Singh caste.
Other: My house is near to the college, so I opted for it. I am enjoying my college because all students in the college are my school friends and relatives. Our college has a play group, so we play a lot.

You have many better options than this college. Placements are below average but has good teachers.
Placements: Placements in our college are below average. There are very few chances of on-campus placements. No good companies visit the college for on-campus placements. If you are dedicated you have to prepare yourself for the off-campus placements. You have to join any other course in Bangalore to get placements. Overall I am not very satisfied with the placements.
Infrastructure: Overall the infrastructure of the college is good when compared to other local colleges. We have good lab facilities, and Wi-Fi is available everywhere, but I don't know why we cannot access it. We have good sports facilities. I am a day scholar so I don't know much about the hostel, but according to my friends who stay there, it is like any other hostel. The food quality is average, but you will get used to it. So overall, I would rate the campus with 3 stars out of 5.
Faculty: The teaching staff here is good. We have many Ph.D. holders who have a very firm hold on subjects. But many teachers don't have enough experience and even subject knowledge as well. It is affiliated with VTU. The course curriculum is not much relevant. It is outdated but still, they won't change the curriculum.
Other: I joined this college because of the pandemic situation. I had no other option other than to join this local college. But still, as I got my admission through KCET because of my ranking, which reduces my fees to Rs. 4,000 government fees and Rs. 27,000 is the college donation.

It's the best college in our region.
Placements: The placement in the college was good and more then 80% people got placed with the best companies. There is a well, good placement cell where we get the best training regarding the interview as well as the aptitude exam. The internship was also held based on the Android and the web development by SMT group from indoor and got placed in SMT group.
Infrastructure: There is the best Wi-Fi facility with high-speed internet in the college. The labs are good with the latest technology and AC, and the food is awesome at the canteen. The classrooms were also well constructed and neatly maintained. The main library area is present in an entire floor, and there is a different library for every branch with good books.
Faculty: The teachers of the college are well educated and qualified. The faculty members help students in any of the hard situation based on studies. The teachers are punctual with their study schedule to be thought of the students. The teacher always motivates us for any of the difficult situations.
Other: There are two fests organised every year in the college that is the e-buzz and Technovision for the whole college, and each branch organise their fest at the branch level.
