Placements: GGDSD college is the best college in the city. It offers placement to around 60% of the students. The highest package is around 10 LPA and the lowest is 2 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Infosys, Amazon, and many others. The percentage of students who got an internship is also 60%.

Placements: Not many students take placements in our college. A fraction of students opt-in for placement because placement cell in S. D. is average. During my tenure, the highest package offered was by Delloite of 5 LPA. Delloite, De-shaw, and some small firms in or outside Chandigarh mostly Punjab side come to our college for campus recruitment. Placements: The percentage of students placed in our course is 70%. Recruited company for our course is Deloitte. Approximately 80% of the students got internships in our course. Placements and seminars, youth festivals, and book fairs are held.

Placements: In our course, there are around about 150 students who are divided into 3 sections. Each section has 50 students. The average salary package offered in our course is about 6 LPA - 7 LPA. EClerx Services and Bebo Technologies are two top hiring companies in our course and also in our city.

Placements: The college provides n number of courses with great opportunity for students to enlighten their future. Various market ruling companies work with the Institute to provide placements to the students, helping students to have a kick start at future.

Placements: I am doing B.A. honors in psychology and personally saying, I haven't seen any good placement in this course. It is just a degree that will provide you with experience and knowledge. I must say that this college is good for the commerce stream. The kind of exposure they get is great. Otherwise, the college conducts several seminars related to different fields which are helpful.

Placements: Placements are good. Companies like Deloitte US, Wipro, and many others visit for recruitment. The coordinators are concerned about placements.

Placements: Placements in this college are very minimal. You have to apply for them by yourself. Only a few companies will give placements in B.Com or Arts. However, there are no placements in biotechnology. There's no placement in SD college. It is only a semi-government college.

Placements: The placement of this college is not that good, you shouldn't rely on the placement for the jobs as you can get better jobs outside the college. Overall, this college is good in terms of other factors but for placement, it is not that good, so if you want to sit in placements, then go for another college.

Placements: 30% from B.Com background got placed. Only a few companies visited the college for placements, and one of them was Deloitte. The top roles are offered in sales and marketing. The highest package offered is 5 lakhs per annum, and the lowest package is 2 lakhs per annum. The selection process is very hard though.

Placements: I am pursuing a Bachelor of Computer Applications course and I heard the college will give placements to students.

Infrastructure: Our college emphasises providing all the facilities. We are provided with a well-maintained laboratory. Every chemical slide has been placed properly. There is also a good library facility where we can borrow books and read them in our spare time. The school canteen provides a good meal.

Placements: It is one of the best colleges in Chandigarh. Though there's not much to do in college if there isn't any function going on. Otherwise, the college has a good crowd and facilities. I have no idea about placements as I'm a B.A graduate. Though we get opportunities via email, I'm not sure if people from the B.A. course get placed.

Placements: This college is reputed in Chandigarh so many companies collab with our college and they even provide coaching for UPSC. The average salary offered is Rs 40,000 per month in ICICI Bank, etc. Around 80% of students get placements in this college.

Placements: All students got the opportunity for placements but with different criteria of percentage. Plus there were a lot of internships students could do according to their respective subjects. The average salary pacakge offered ranges from 3 LPA to 7 LPA. The roles offered were content writer, analyst, and teacher.

Placements: You get lots of placement offers, but it is a UG course. You will not get more than 5 LPA packages. The percentage was not a barrier as it was during the pandemic. You can get a job of your preference, but you have to wait till the last. My batch was 2019-22, and the years 2020 and 2021 were corona years. Everyone was suffering, but the college made a good decision of online classes. There were regular studies and also exams were conducted.

Placements: B.Com The college is known for its commerce and management B. Voc- Recently started courses but it gives a lot of exposure and it is beneficial to students who want to go abroad afterwards B.A- Some students take it leisurely and students who take it seriously and teachers do give attention to the students who want to study.

Placements: Particularly in our course the placements cell of the GGDSD college held drives in which they email students about the opportunities, mostly internships till now in BCA few students, and seniors get placed in some NGOs, Byjus, and some tech companies which are not that big. There are opportunities to get their career started. Teachers help students in off-campus drives also. The highest salary package offered is 38 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 8 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Lloyd, Dell, and Reliance, and nearly 30% of students get internships.

Placements: Students above 75-80% get admission in this course. Based on year-to-year criteria. There are not very respectful packages after doing B.Sc. Students will get an average salary between Rs 15,000 - Rs 20,000 per month. Students can do M.Sc after B.Sc. for good job opportunities.
