The college makes you good academically, but students are unaware of industry affairs.

Placements: For B.Com, our college is counted among one of the top-rated colleges in tri-city. But it fails to place its academically best students and most top-rated students in the field of B.Com and BBA. Some students do not even get information about the day of placement. Earlier Google used to be a recruiter, but now only local companies are involved.

It is an awesome college for studying.

Placements: It has great placements, and many great companies visit here for placements like Microsoft and others for B.Com students. Our college is making a new MBA block for students, and I think placements will improve for all courses.

Nice college for studies and sports. Placements need to be improved.

Placements: Only 10% of students got placed in college. The highest package which was offered in the course was 3 Lacs per annum. Wipro was known amongst the placement companies. For internship purpose, no companies were as such involved in the placement activities.

It is the best college in studies, quality and crowd.

Placements: Almost everyone is placed, and 50% of students got placed in good companies. Our college has its own links through which it provides students with internships. The average salary package offered is 4-7 LPA. Almost all good companies visit here every year for recruiting students.

It's a great college with a great atmosphere and above-average placements.

Placements: More than 50% of the students were placed. The highest salary package offered is around 4 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 1 LPA. I don't know about top recruiters. Top roles offered are a supervisor or various department-level managerial roles. The college is one of the best in the city.

It is a satisfactory college. Students must join this college as it is the best for commerce course.

Placements: Placements in our college are good. Good companies visit here and offer good salary packages in the best cities and enough salary for a fresher. Moreover, a college with a good reputation attracts good companies. Training to crack the interview and GD rounds is negligible, so it should be taken care of.

I'm extremely satisfied with our course and curriculum. It could be best if I will get better crowd.

Placements: As I am currently in my second semester, I heard that a lot of attractive salary packages earned by our hardworking seniors. But under PU, we can just go up to any height if we have calibre. The top role offered in our coarse is the head of the human resource department of the retail chain.

It is a good college, and it provides all the necessary facilities for students.

Placements: Placements in our college were good. Top recruiting companies like EY and KPMG visited our campus for placements. The highest salary package offered was 3 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 2 LPA. Companies mainly recruited B.Com (Hons) and economic (Hons) students. Students should score a minimum of 40% in academics to apply for placements.

Satisfied college as placement is also good with crowd also good.

Placements: College provides placements at a good level. Top companies like infosys, wipro, tcs come for campus placement. Atleast 40-50% students get placed in reputed companies. It totally depends upon the ability of the students to get placed in campus placement. Eligibility criteria also defines students to get firstly eligible for campus placement on the basis of percentage they have scored in their course. In my course, the batch ending 2019 B.Com (Hons) 60-70 students get placed out of total 160 stud...

Placements: There wasn't much of placement for the B.Sc. students in the college. However, some companies accepted all the students from all the streams. There were no internships offered. Top recruiting company is Extramarks.

Great college for commerce students.

Placements: Few students sat for placements from college. Reputed companies like E&Y, L&T come to college for placements but the packages offered are very low about 3-4 Lacs p. a. The profiles offered were mostly auditing profiles. Many students rooted for post graduation rather than placements.

Review of Goswami Ganesh Dutta S.D. College.

Placements: As this is a B.Com course, there are no specialised companies. Companies like KPMG visited the campus and offered a salary package ranging between 4 LPA to5 LPA. The mostly accountant role is offered to students. The placement commit of college is very hardworking not only for B.Com but for all courses.

I am satisfied with the college.

Placements: It is one of the best colleges in Chandigarh and Tricity. Placements are also good here, around 50% of the batch gets placement offers from companies like HDFC, L&T, Infosys, Wipro, etc. The highest salary package offered is around 8 LPA. The honours course have good placements as compared to B.Com. Students have to find internships on their own.

Colleges' atmosphere is good, but placements are not good.

Placements: Placements in our college are not good. Only 2 or 3 companies visit our campus for placements, but salary packages are not up to our expectations, and also the companies are not reputed. Very less percentage of students were placed, and the students who were placed were offered very less salary packages.

Only 2% to 3% of the students got placed. There is a placement cell in our college. But, placements provided here were very less.

Placements: There are no placements drives conducted on the campus. If there are any placements, the package is very low as we don't have any practical exposure. The student chooses to study abroad further or to opt for a PhD. There has been no placement for B.Sc. batch ever in our college. Some of the commerce students get placed through campus placements
