Placements: Internships are provided in our college but being an art student, I don't have much knowledge about placements and internships. We got internships in subjects like psychology and fashion designing. Students must always indulge in these internships as it helps to become confident and teaches ways for jobs.
Placements: Placements are average. Companies like Ernest & Young, L& T Construction, Concentrix, etc. Visited the campus. Infrastructure students got placed as per their calibre and interest. Around 20% students got placed. No good package is there after graduation. The highest salary offered to graduates was around 3.5-4lacs per annum. There is a placement cell in the campus. Internships are offered to students but it depends on students' initiatives.
Placements: No placements are provided for Bachelor of Science students, even master of Science students did not get placements. Only industrial chemistry students had an exposure to industry and placements otherwise None of the students got placement, no companies had arrived, no salaries, even internship is not provided to the students, there is no placement cell and no experience given regarding placement.
Placements: Placements in the college were not that great. Companies were offering the salaries in between Rs. 22,000 per month to Rs. 25,000 per month for B.Com students. Companies like Larsen & Toubro and various other local start-ups visit the campus to offer placements. Roles offered were also not that great as the location was based on site work and benefits but were also not up to the mark.
Placements: There were hardly any placements. Apart from Concentrix, no company visited the college regularly. The college has a placement cell, but its working isn't very transparent. Students shouldn't rely on the college for placements and should find jobs for themselves in the final year.
Placements: The placements for my batch were not that good. Only 2-3 companies visited the campus fro our batch. Most of the companies that came for placements were of call centre profile. The average package offered by these companies was around 2.5 LPA. I have no idea about the internships provided by our college.
Placements: Placements in the administrative sector, i.e. management or clerical are quite good with big multinational corporations like McKenzie, Accenture coming to the campus drives. But not even a handful of companies come for recruitment in the IT field except Infosys.
Placements: The placements in our college are average. I am not aware of the percentage of students got placed. This college is basically known for commerce, B.Com course and this is the reason most of the students of B.Com aren't aware of placements. The B.Com students are not provided with placements on campus.
Placements: The placements are basically good for B.Com and BBA students. They get placement and also internship chances. Mostly everyone is allowed to sit in placement by fulfilling the criteria, and the best one is chosen. Placements in SD College are satisfactory.
Placements: Sd is lacking quality placements. Major placements are of customer executives. With maximum package of 4-5 Lacs. For a college of such a high potential, it is not up to the potential level. Major companies are l&t, tata and axis. Placement cell of college is below par.
Placements: This college organise placements every year for various course like we had companies from it department. I had an additional computer subject I gave interviews for 2 or 3 companies but the package offered by them is very low. We could GET only 12000 to 15000 per month. Many companies as in CIPLA indusind bank, infosys technologies came every year.
Placements: The lowest - 1.25 LPA Average - 2 LPA the highest - 4 LPA Not all students were placed as the placement cell for graduation level is not that good as compared to other courses which are being offered in other colleges and universities. Just an average package will be provided.
Placements: Placements are good in SD college. Many companies come for placements and offers the salary package ranging from 3-6LPA. Placement cell of this college is hardworking and manage to get good companies. Most of the students don't opt for campus placements and are generally seen going for higher studies.
Placements: Around 3 companies came to our college for placements. The first company was a call centre whereas the second one was only for male candidates. The third one was EY company which was the best out of three, and only a specific number of candidates were selected. The minimum salary expected there was Rs.30,000 per month.
Placements: From the aspect of placement, GGDSD does not stand on the top of the list as compared to the other colleges like CGC, Landran. The placement ratio is low, and the packages offered are not too high. But when it comes to growth and knowledge, it has a way to go.
Placements: There were placements in L&T group. But only male candidate could register for that. Other companies too came in. We were informed this by registered mails with college. Campus placements are quite useful for B.Com Students. Different companies require students of different streams. Some of them ask for work experience while some are happy to give new people there chances.
Placements: The placement sector under the PU campus is not that efficient as compared to the DU campus. Although the chances of getting a placement after doing an undergraduate course for PU is minimal but the honours courses are in great demand. The chances of getting internships are high in case you are ready to put in an extra effort apart from studies.
Placements: College has a placement cell. Companies like DELL, HCL, reliance technologies, kotak mahindra etc. Visit here at college for placements every year. But the no. Of placements offered are average or I can say less than we expected. Many students specially of B.Com choose to go for further studies instead of applying for placements. And there are no sort of internships provided by college. Students have to find them on their own.
Placements: There is a placement cell established in college for placements. Various companies like HSBC, cipla, infosys technologies, airtel bharti, DELL etc. Visits the college every year for placements. But the placements offered are not as good as some other colleges. Only a few students get a chance to get placed in a good company. Others have to struggle on their own. There are very less placements for B.A. students as compared to other courses like B.Com and B.Sc. Also the college does not offer int...
