Placements: As a student at the Government College of Engineering, Chandrapur, I faced no challenges in placements. Even I got a placement at Infosys as a system engineer. Off-campus placement is more preferred than college placement. Because placements in college are like 30%.
Placements: Every year, many students get placement on campus. Major companies that meet the requirement are Tata Technologies, Tata Motors, Mahindra, Reliance, and Adani Power. There are top power plants that allow students to do internships. The average package offered by the companies is 4-5 LPA.
Placements: Placement is average in our college. In 2020, The package offered is 3.5 LPA. Few companies visited our college in 2020 but the placement was good in 2019. The highest package of 10 LPA was offered by BYJU'S.
Placements: I am a passed out students of 2012-2016 batch from government college of engineering. About 30% of the students got placed, and other students prefer government jobs. Wipro visited at that time for civil as well other streams. Internships have been done in MIDC and MSCB power plant while others do it in private companies. Placements: Companies like Hi-Tech, Infosys, Wipro, etc., visit the college. Only 5 to 6 students got selected in placements. Students should be intelligent and be able to tackle any points when a risky situation arises. They should have knowledge related to computer and programming. The recruiters check the students' knowledge by conducting aptitude test. Placements: There are good opportunities for all the students to get a good job in reputed company. Also, there are very good facilities. There is a wonderful environment for study. All the professors are doing the very good job for all the students. The senior also help junior. There is no ragging in the college. There is a wonderful environment for the degree and engineering. Good project work and also, nice different types of projects to be known.
College has a good infrastructure and greenery all over the campus area that leads to freshen the environment. It has one main building for the offices and separate departmental buildings for all departments. Faculty is well educated and good in teaching. The college have a huge library having all types of books and a reading room for students. College provides the hostel facility with mess facility too.
