Review of Government Engineering College,
Placements: No company comes for placements in the college. So humble request for the college to please do for placement.
Infrastructure: The course is very well. The hostel is average. Toilet and washrooms are heavily bad in the hostel. The fan and tube light does not work properly. The door is heavily broken but the college did not change the door. No drinking water in the hostel. There is no watercooler in hostel for summer season.
Faculty: Less faculty but very excellent facilities. Exams are very well. Faculty communication is well and good and helps students with their projects and conducts exams regularly.
Other: Please provide good hostel facility.

In mining engineering faculty is really good and practical.
Placements: In kining engineering minimum 80% placement is offered in over college. Ashapura mine ltd, ambaji mines limeted etc are some of the recruiters. Maximum internship package is 20000 per month.
Top role in my college course is Mining, civil, electrical are most important for futures and
job placement.
Infrastructure: In mining department all facilities given by college labs, library, Wi-Fi, classroom.
In hostel, mess and canteen is available and gym and sports equipment and many game are available in hostel. In hostel one room in only 2 person including one time and normal injury time medical facility is available.
Faculty: In mining department all staff is very knowledgeable and very helpful in over exam time and queries times.
1-3 semester is most difficult in department. I have passed this semester in 68% of GTU mark. In last semester many companies visit outer college and minimum 4-5 student take in companies for job.
Other: Mining engineering course is rare course in Gujarat college and easy for job placement and low competition in course. In my course internship by college in last semester set by government college

Review of Government Engineering College, Bhuj.
Placements: I am currently studying in the last year in this college in the mining engineering branch. In mining engineering, we do not get good faculty members and placements, but we got enough in this college. Placements offered by the college are better, but now it is not available at all. We are allowed to sit in the campus placements for a few companies which only recruit graduates.
Infrastructure: Our college provides good library facilities with almost every book for every branch. Infrastructure is good. There are various buildings for specified branches with the best classrooms. Wi-Fi facility is not available for students, but students can get it near the hostel named Namo Wi-Fi. A playground is available inside the campus. There are 3 hostels for boys and a girls' hostel inside the college campus. The mess is available, but the quality of the food is not that good.
Faculty: Teaching faculty members for mining are very less as compared to other branches. There are no experienced faculty members in our college for the mining branch, but young teachers are inspiring and have great knowledge. Teachers are helpful, and they understand problems which are faced by students in the mining department. They help in their studies and projects. Faculty members are very helpful and guiding.
