Top recruiting companies like Odoo, Meditab, and previously TCS have been the top recruiters for the past 2 years. The placement percentage for internships is the same. Mysterious Journey to My College Life.

Placements: Last year, the lowest package in GEC was 1.8 Lacs, and the highest was 12 Lacs. Nearly 50-60 applied for placement, and 90%+ got placed. Companies like TCS, IBM, Infocity, etc. hired students. Most of the students didn't go for the placement but instead chose to do a master's, other courses, or off-campus placements.

It has clubs like E-Cell, ClubIDE, most important of all is that ALL THE SENIORS ARE VERY GREAT.

Placements: The placements are good with the average of 4 LPA and can get high as 7-8 LPA, depending on you and your skills. The placement faculty will guide you through the interview process and will give you the tips of the interview to crack. Also, don't expect that everyone will get 8 LPA; it totally depends on your skills and talent.

Dissatisfied with placements but the infrastructure is quite good .

Placements: The placement is good enough. The highest package is about 4.5 LPA, and the average is about 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Enfochip, Tatvasoft, and many others. Top roles are like junior engineers. Not that students are placed because of the current scenario. The lowest package is about 2 LPA.

Good college as it is the 3rd best government engineering college in Gujarat .

Placements: Good placement at around 35-40% but it depends on the company that came for recruitment and also students grades or marks in college exams and recruitment on the basis of interviews and cutoffs based on CPI; overall, it is quite good. Companies like TCS come to the college.

The college is good, but do not rely on the campus placements.

Placements: My class is fully filled. All 150 seats are filled. The highest package in my department is 5 to 6 lacs per annum. Most of the students go to IT companies. Only one-third of the students go into the core electronics companies. In my college, students do not rely on the campus placements.

GEC Gandhinagar: where engineers are made .

Placements: My batch is the first batch of our college, so there is no placement till date, but if you consider other branches, then their placement is also not that good; their average is 3 to 4 LPA, and the highest is 8 LPA. There are recruiting companies like Reliance Industries and other local companies, but the placement ratio is not that good, also not that good in terms of package.

There is very good infrastructure of college.

Placements: My branch: ROBOTICS AND AUTOMATION ENGINEERING. Branch is only 3 years old; that's why we have no placements till yet. It's a new course and has scope after 7-8 years. Outside countries like Japan, Germany, the USA, etc. has demand for robotics and automation students.

Will not be able to play with the gadget which is in front of you.

Placements: Not many companies come here for placements only companies like TCS are invited. Companies hiring for jobs belonging to E. C department are not there for on campus placements, So you are looking for jobs in electronics field than you need to find a job on your own.
