GECI - An unseen wonder in the middle of the hills.
Placements: The college seems to have a firm grasp on placements here. Maximum opportunities are provided for the last year students from the placement cell of GECI. In addition, the cell provides proper guidance and mentoring focused on aptitude and interview sessions. IT collects maximum offers due to its current relevance in the field. Also, GECI provides opportunities for internships for all the interested students. The top roles offered by different companies include software developer and designer posts. The packages offered so far range from 3 to 6 LPA. The college has mandatory guidance over the placements as well as internships for its students.
Infrastructure: Top-level infrastructure. All the departments have equal priority in construction with additional facilities of Wi-Fi. Classrooms are well constructed with projectors and digital equipment. A well-equipped library is at the heart of the college. The ladies' hostel provides a good and clean mess and accommodation. An affordable range of fees.
Faculty: Qualified faculty for all departments. Efficient teaching by professionals. The mentorship is good enough to make the students capable of dealing with the industries. The faculty provides maximum support to make the sense easier for the students. The college has an above 80% pass percentage.
Other: Because of the cool and calm, composed atmosphere of the college, it provides a good mentality for peaceful studying. No ragging or any harassment.

An 'above average' in terms of academics and 'below average' in terms of placements.
Placements: Only 1 student got placement from EEE in the year 2024, that too in a software company. The number of companies recruiting students from the EEE department in our college was very less. The top role offered was by L&T under the Graduate Engineer Trainee post.
Infrastructure: Hostels were good for the amount of ₹10 per day rent. Food was not that good. Facilities like Wi-Fi were provided but might not work for several days or months. Labs were not too bad. Sports were given importance by students, supported by faculty members, but the college ground is an adverse factor.
Faculty: The teachers of the EEE department were highly talented and had adequate knowledge of the subjects. The course must have some dismantling since newer technologies must be added. The third semester was bitterly difficult as it was a new stream for the students.
Other: The interaction between students will be high since most of them would be hostelers. The whole ambience along with the climate makes it a suitable college for your young lives. But the overall programs conducted by the college are less in number compared to other colleges.

Good and calm college.Satisfied because of faculties and facilities.Teachers done their best for us.
Placements: 20 percent of students were placed in our college. The highest package is 10 Lacs and the lowest is 2 Lacs. Top recruiting companies are IBM, L&T, and QBurst. On-campus placements are below average. Most of the placements are through off-campus placements. Placements in the electrical department are very low. Students find their own way to internships. Almost everyone does internships.
Infrastructure: As a Government Engineering College, our college is also well-equipped. Classrooms and libraries are good. A common library and departmental libraries are available. Wi-Fi is available, but most of the time we cannot access it. The canteen is available, and the food is average. The nearest hospital is 5 km away from the college.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified. Most of the faculty members are Ph.D. holders. Two class advisors are available for a single class. Overall teaching was good. The curriculum is hard. We don't get enough time for studying. Semester exams are of moderate level. The pass percentage is 50%.
Other: The best thing about this course is the practical sessions. I really like circuits and electricity, that's why I chose this course. The network and Wi-Fi should improve at our college. Events and fests are conducted but not like other government colleges. The college is not crowded. Various scholarships are available, some of them are eGrantz and the Reliance Foundation scholarship.

Limited facilities are there. Good faculty members and nice atmosphere.
Placements: Placements are low for mechanical engineering students. Core companies won't come to hire from this campus for mechanical engineering. B.Tech mechanical engineering students mostly get placed in service-based companies or through placement drives organized outside campus.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is limited. The lab space is small but does contain all the required equipment. The library is functional and contains a large collection of readings and reference texts. The hostel facilities offered by the campus are limited. Private hostel facilities are available outside campus.
Faculty: Faculty members are friendly and qualified. They are knowledgeable and qualified. Most of them have graduated or done masters from IITs or NITs. They are willing to help students at any time. The curriculum is approved by AICTE and the institute is accredited by the NBA.
Other: I chose mechanical engineering to join ISRO later. Campus has various professional societies and interest clubs.

A college with a good climate. Some satisfaction with guest faculty members, but the lacks events.
Placements: About 50% of the students are placed in our course. The highest package is around INR 1 lakh, and the lowest package is INR 5000. An average of about INR 25,000 is offered. The top recruiting companies are Wipro, Qburst, Experian, TCS, and so on. The top roles offered are cybersecurity offices, software developers, etc.
Infrastructure: There are well-developed classrooms, a library, two computer labs, and one robotics lab. Wi-Fi is also available. Facilities in hostels are also above average. The quality of the food is also good. Somewhat dissatisfied with the hostel's Wi-Fi and the maintenance of the facilities in the hostel.
Faculty: Most of the teachers are highly qualified. A little satisfaction is there about the guest lecturers. They are helpful as well as knowledgeable. The course curriculum is somewhat relevant. Semester exams are not very difficult. The pass percentage is 30%.
Other: The upcoming industry promotes information technology in a wide manner. The course should be more interactive.

Overall, it is a good college and we can adjust it.
Placements: Placements in our college are low compared to other colleges, but it is improving. Compared to our seniors, a few number of students got placement in our course. Semesters have not ended so there are more possibilities for more students to get placement. Our placement cell is now very active and they are providing so many opportunities and training to the students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure and buildings are good. The college has a nice scenic view because of the location. The climate is also attractive and the burden of hot temperatures is less. College is active in sports. We have a very good team in games like football, volleyball, basketball, handball, etc.
Faculty: Teachers are very much qualified. Their teaching and other qualities vary by different departments. The pass percentage is low sometimes. However, we cannot blame our college for that because the university which we studying is KTU is not that good.
