I'm satisfied with this college.

Placements: Placement level of our college is very low as it is a new college. The highest salary package offered is 10 LPA and the lowest salary is Rs.40,000 per month.

I am somewhat satisfied because this is a new college and is continuously growing.

Placements: This college is new and was constructed just five years ago, so there is not a good placement record for this college, but it is continuously growing. Only one batch from this college has passed until 2023, and some of them got good placements. This year, a computer science course was introduced, which will definitely be good for the growth of this college.

It is an affordable college.

Placements: Around 40-50% of students got placed in our college. Students who don't have any backlogs will easily get placed in our college. Students who have backlogs are not allowed to sit for placements. Placements in other branches are better than in the mechanical department.

Yes, you can take admission in this college.

Placements: Until now our college placement is average but in days to come it will be good as our TPO is helping the students to placed in different companies. Almost all students got internship in different field as releted to their discipline. Uptil now only one or two companies came in my college for placement. All the companies come in the university for the placement and from their many students are getting placed. The average package that or seniors get was around 4-5 Lacs.

Overall, this college is a good option for students.

Placements: This college was started in 2018, so only one batch graduated. The government is trying to provide placements. Private companies come to the college. Many changes are required to attract popular companies. About 20%-30% of students in our college got placements.

I am very satisfied with this college in all aspects.

Placements: The placement level of our college is very low. The reason for the low level of placements is our college is new. This college was established in 2018. The highest salary package in the mechanical engineering course is 10 LPA. The lowest salary in mechanical engineering is approximately Rs.40000 per month.

College life at GEC, JAMUI - GOVERNMENT ENGINEERING COLLEGE (JAMUI) BIHAR.

Placements: The placement cell really works hard and makes sure that we get the best training for placements. Top recruiters are Deloitte, IBM, DELL, SAP, Zs, Associates, adobe microsoft, amazon, TCS, WIPRO, TATA, L&T, etc. Top recruiting companies are Accenture, Samsung, bosch, Indian army, Wipro, TVS motor, Voltas and many more. Paid internships are not offered much. In GEC JAMUI, all the students can easily get placement but it is very hard for an ECE student to get a job.

Fully satisfied with campus and infrastructure, and its fee structure is minimal.

Placements: The college was established in 2019, so the first batch hasn't graduated yet, but the other competing colleges offer placements. So, I am sure that our college students will also crack campus placements. In other government colleges, the highest package offered to a student was 17 LPA, and the average package is 2.8 LPA.

The fees is very affordable.

Placements: Currently there are no provisions and facility for the on campus placement and therefore no one from our college got any job through on campus placement, but there are upcoming opportunities in future as the state government, AICTE and our university (Aryabhatta Knowledge University) have taken some steps towards it. Even there is no facility for on campus placement but students can get placement through off campus, that is attending various job fairs organised by many State and Central Governme...

The college and its faculty are good.

Placements: The placements have not started yet, but after some years, it could happen. None of the students got placed until now. The teachers are saying that it could happen in future, and lots of companies come to the college for placements.

It is the best college in Jamui.

Placements: None of the students got placed until now because placements will be conducted in 2018 only. However, we came to know from our faculty members and staff members that there should be lots of opportunities in future. The principal is also addressed that various companies will visit here for placements. So be ready for placements.

Our college has a good infrastructure.

Placements: There are few placements because of this new college and newly appointed staff members. Very few students are placed in this college. Campus selections are low in this college. Companies like Flipkart and Amazon should come to give placements, but they are not coming.

Placements: About 30 students are placed in our branch. The highest salary package is 6 LPA, and the lowest is 4 LPA. TCS and Tata are the top recruiters. Around 20 students get internships. We are all extremely grateful for this opportunity to study at this college. Placements in our college are excellent.
