Chandigarh University is a private university, which does not require any entrance exam and GLC, Mumbai is a government college, the selection is based on entrance exam scores.

No, pursuing an LL.M. at the Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Government Law College (TNDALU) is not expensive. The annual fees for the LL.M. program at TNDALU is around INR 38,200 (approximately $470 USD) . This is considered affordable for a government law college in India.
