From all points of view, this college teaches us how to enjoy and study parallelly.
Placements: 45 percent were placed, with the highest package being 3-4 crore, the lowest between 10-15 lakh, and the average 20 lakh. 90 percent of students got internships from my course, and some work in the same college. Here, every student is very talented, and the faculty also helps us improve our skills, which helps in various fields.
Infrastructure: College infrastructure is very good. Free Wi-Fi is available in the library full day. The labs are okay for doing experiments. The classrooms are also good. A digital board is available. The library is also good for study Hostel is average as other hostels. The food quality is not so good in the mess. There is a ground in the hostel where every game is played: cricket, badminton, football, etc.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful. They are qualified, and every senior faculty has completed their degrees. They give us good knowledge. The teaching style is very nice, and students try to attend class. Yes, it is a good platform which makes a student ready for semester exams. Semester exams are difficult, and the pass mark is 50 percent.
Other: Because I dream of becoming a good doctor and, besides money, to serve people. The best thing about my course is to see smiles on people's faces after gaining a second life.

This is the oldest heritage of Asia established in 1835 and it is the top medical college of Bengal.
Placements: There are about 250 students from all over India. But mainly bengalis are here. So, Bengal is used as a second language for teaching. However, Hindi speaking students are also seen. Many students of Kolkata prefer this college over AIIMS. I am proud to be a part of one of the best medical colleges in India.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. The campus is regularly cleaned. Our college has the largest gyanocologist ward all over Asia (Eden hospital). There are 4 boys hostels and 2 girls hostels for MBBS students. You will see the combination of ancient and modern technology in its infrastructure. But, there is no playground or a gym.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are helpful and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is good but as a Hindi speaking student, in the starting, it was very difficult to understand long lectures which include Bengal language. But we know that language problem will be faced when you choose the best colleges out of your state. Exams are taken regularly.
Other: The patient load of this college is very high. This is the best medical college in West Bengal. All the departments of this college are well developed.

It is the oldest medical college in Asia (est.1834).
Placements: We have 250 students in each batch. It's a government medical college. We get approximately Rs. 30,000 during the internship. After passing MBBS, we become general physicians and can appear in NEET PG and can pursue a post-graduation degree in MS/MD/DNB in particular subjects.
Infrastructure: We have an excellent library (9 am-6 pm) with an unlimited number of medical books. Labs for each department are ventilated well and have adequate resources to teach the students. The hostel mess is quite good (we get breakfast, lunch, evening snacks, and dinner) at a minimal price (Rs.35-60).
Faculty: Teachers are well trained in MD, MS, and DNB with several years of experience. NMC determines the curriculum, which is well designed with the future of the doctor-patient relationship in mind. Semester examinations are a bit difficult if compared to the final MB paper. (50% is the pass percentage).
Other: It was my dream to be a successful doctor. We get a freshers' party. An annual fest is organised by our seniors. Every year we celebrate festivals like Saraswati Puja, Holi, and Durga Puja on our campus. Sports and cultural events are also organised, like football and dance competitions.
