Faculty members here are not good.
Placements: Placements in our college are not that good. Placements are reduced after COVID. In our batch, we have 17 students, and only two of them get good jobs at Aditya Birla Grasim. Some of us get a job via third-party payroll, which is not fine because we are unable to get a job on the basis of a third-party payroll certificate. We are stuck in that situation. No action will be taken by the placement officer.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is not good. There are some issues with that. We don't have a proper library. We don't even have a proper table and chairs. Wi-Fi is not available. Labs are quite fine, but the instruments are not working properly. They always show some kind of error. There are no canteen facilities in our college. They don't even have a proper place where we can enjoy our lunch.
Faculty: Teachers have their degrees but don't have sufficient knowledge, so we are not accepting something from them because they all have reservations. They don't have to pass the entrance exams. They don't even have to face the interview. Even their dressing sense is not good. They all look like lower-grade employees who only have to spend time in college. They attend college on a part-time basis. Their basic knowledge is not sufficient. They should also face a test in a year which will be held by their superior so we can judge how knowledgeable they are. Because of their lack of knowledge, most students failed.
Other: The system needs to be cleaned because no one is interested in doing tier jobs.

Students can come here but take strong branches like chemical, mechanical, etc.
Placements: Because of covid 19, more placements did not come. When I passed out, the new batch got a placement message but they don't sent us. Students get worried about it because the session of 2021 ended. About 2 students got selected for placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college was an average old building. But now, the new principal made our college classrooms underdeveloped. But have to maintain teachers attitude too. This thing is so highly on point. Let's see what things will change.
Faculty: Many teachers in our college degraded the students. Don't build confidence in teachers. The principal or board had to build a complaint about teachers who bully the students during class. You must build a strong committee on it and it is important.
Other: The college did events but only on 15th August and 26th January. Otherwise, students can celebrate teachers' day, etc.
