Placements: I am from the batch of 2021-2024 mechanical branch, and in terms of placements, our college is very good. More than 70 percent of students get placed each year in campus placement. Package details of our college. The highest package: 5 LPA Average package: 2.5 LPA The lowest package: 1.8 LPA
Top recruiting companies are Hindalco, Tata Power, Larsen & Toubro, Timkin, Subros, Metso, and local companies.
You will get placed as junior engineer in all the above companies and companies will provide you training before getting into work and during this training duration you will get stipend.
Infrastructure: Despite being a government college, it has very good infrastructure; it has all the essential infrastructure available that is required for an engineering college, like a library, hydraulic lab, civil lab, electrical lab, electronics lab, computer lab, and boys and girls toilets. All classes have Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Talking about hostels, then it may disappoint you for being old infrastructure and having no good faculty for hostels. Hostel doesn't have mess and is hygienic.
Faculty: Talking about faculty, then let's talk about each department in detail. Electrical department= HOD is strict but teachers are polite. Mechanical department = HOD is careless, but some teachers are supportive. Civil department= best department of the college with polite teacher and HOD Electronics department= Hod and teachers are polite and friendly Computer Science department = teacher, and HOD doesn't know anything about what to teach. Here, all students are smart in study, so you will get a good environment for study that will make you industry-ready. There are a total six semesters in which:
Each semester has one external exam and two internal exams.
You can pass the exam by studying one night before the exam.
Other: I would suggest you take admission in this college because it's students are very friendly and talented, which allows you to get a good environment for studying and makes you self-dependent.
