Examination conducted by State Board of Secondary Education, Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto by the Board of Secondary Education, A.P/TS, such as Central Board of Secondary Education(CBSE), Indian Council for Secondary Education(ICSE), National Institute of Open School (NIOS), A.P. Open School Society (APOSS), 10th class examination conducted by various State Boards of Secondary Education in India with Mathematics as one of the subjects. Candidates from NIOS/APOSS/other recognized examinations deemed equivalent to SSC by the A.P. Government must have passed all subjects, including Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry, with a minimum of 35% marks in each subject. Candidates who appeared or are appearing for SSC or equivalent examination being held in March-2024, and whose results are yet to be declared can also appear for POLYCET- 2024. There is no age restriction for appearing for POLYCET-2024. Candidates must be Indian citizens and residents of the state of Andhra Pradesh. |

The best place to enjoy college life with better placements and best faculty.
Placements: Government Polytechnic Srikakulam is well known for the best placements. Many big companies like TATA, ASIAN PAINTS, DR REDDY'S, etc. are hiring many students for internships by offering 25k per month. Many of my friends got placed in good companies with better salaries.
Infrastructure: The college has the best infrastructure ever. But there is an issue with the labs and its equipments. The faculty manages to explain every topic well. Classrooms are super spacious. Hostel is good too but there is an issue with the hostel food. Sports and games are well managed.
Faculty: Our college has the best faculty with higher education qualifications. Their teaching is the best but there are some lecturers who are lazy to teach. Exams are conducted well a prefect preparation but sometimes they announce the exam dates just one day before.
Other: I am a EEE student. My seniors informed me about the campus. Fest and events are rare like freshers, farewell, Science fest.

Absolutely satisfied because of the faculty .
Placements: 25% of the students are placed on our campus.
INR 5 LPA is the highest package, INR 2.5 LPA is the average package, and INR 4 LPA is the average package. L&T is the top recruiting company for our course.
In our programme, 5% of students are offered an internship. Graduate engineer trainee is the top role in our course.
Infrastructure: Our campus has Wi-Fi access, and our classrooms and labs are well-maintained. We also have a large library. Hostels are well maintained, canteen food is better than mess food, good medical facilities are provided, and sports and games are not much encouraged.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified, knowledgeable, and very helpful to the students. They also have good teaching quality. Our course curriculum is very relevant to the students and makes them ready for the industry. Semester exams are very difficult and very difficult to pass.

You can learn many things in a single place.
Placements: This college has nearly 0 placements as it is a government. College. You cannot expect any placements but there will be pool campus placements. You can get a job in pool campus placements where students from all the colleges nearby will participate. There was one campus in 2019 but only for females about a beauty product marketing and 2 people selected. That's it with campus placement.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is very old and a new building is getting built. There's a library in which standard books and newspapers are placed and classrooms are average but every classroom has a projector. Labs are good but there's many improvements to be made to labs but the best thing is students make that improvement. Canteen and hostel are a mess. No good beds and no cleanliness. There's a cricket ground and badminton court, table tennis etc. We can access them anytime.
Faculty: I give this category only 3 stars for our college because there are government recruited faculty who have high knowledge and there are some contract faculty who is disappointing in every aspect (like in English and in way of teaching etc.). Teachers don't show the promise of "we are there for you if you have any doubt". Curriculum is great to know every matter of the subject from basic to skilled enough to get into a company. Semester exams are so genuinely conducted and pass percentage stays near to 83.
Other: I didn't know why I chose this course but after getting into this college I have been doing pretty well in my course. The great thing about this college and the labs are you have to do all the work in the lab, from cleaning to connecting wires and installing fans if needed etc. This gives us a great practical knowledge on how things work. (I'm saying about electrical engineering).

This college is good for students for technical knowledge.
Placements: Around 70% of students were selected for top MNCs as supervisors. The highest salary package offered was 3 LPA for L&T. Top companies like L&T, MRF, TVS, KIA. Top companies offer roles like a supervisor for the skills students got trained. This college was excellent in placements.
Infrastructure: This institute now had a newly built building which was very much good for atmosphere to study. Laboratories were very excellent and faculty members were supportive in this college. The canteen was not available. Sports events were held very frequently. This college was very good for sports.
Faculty: Faculty members were very well qualified and good at teaching. The teaching was very professional and gives good technical knowledge about the subjects in all the aspects. The curriculum was very relatable. The difficulty of exams was very medium. The pass percentage was 80%.
Other: In this college, all the facilities were available now the building was also a new one. Laboratories were very well-equipped. All were supported for sports and NCC, NSS. Good at training in all courses.

Placements: Around 25% of the students were placed in our course.
The highest salary offered is Rs. 40,000 per month, the lowest salary offered is Rs. 15,000 per month, and the average salary offered is Rs. 25,000 per month. Around 40% of the students got internships from our course. Effective teachers are available in our college. Our HoD sir was very good.
Infrastructure: Facilities like Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, library, sports and games are available. Quality of food in our hostel mess is good. Medical facilities are available in our college. Students can participate in extracurricular activities.
Our college has a playground, hostel facilities and a canteen.
Faculty: Knowledgeable teachers are available in our college. The curriculum makes the students industry-ready. Our college has the best and knowledgeable faculty. Civil and EEE branches are the best in our college. There are no ragging issues. It is a ragging-free college in our locality.
Other: Placements are the best in our course. Only a few labs are available for our course, and this should be improved.

Our college is the best for studies.
Placements: Our college provides placements for 2 to 3 companies. The highest salary package was 3 LPA, and the lowest salary package was 2.5 LPA. EEE department did not provide campus placements.
Infrastructure: Our college atmosphere was good. Classrooms were very good. Library and laboratories were average. Wi-Fi was not enabled. Students were not allowed to use mobile in classrooms.
Faculty: Teachers were good and helpful for students to study better. There was good communication between students and teachers. They were very strict in discipline and exams. The pass percentage was 65%.
