Candidate must have passed 10th grade or S.S.C. Examination conducted by State Board of Secondary Education, Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto by the Board of Secondary Education, A.P/TS, such as Central Board of Secondary Education(CBSE), Indian Council for Secondary Education(ICSE), National Institute of Open School (NIOS), A.P. Open School Society (APOSS), 10th class examination conducted by various State Boards of Secondary Education in India with Mathematics as one of the subjects. Candidates from NIOS/APOSS/other recognized examinations deemed equivalent to SSC by the A.P. Government must have passed all subjects, including Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry, with a minimum of 35% marks in each subject. Candidates who appeared or are appearing for SSC or equivalent examination being held in March-2024, and whose results are yet to be declared can also appear for POLYCET- 2024. There is no age restriction for appearing for POLYCET-2024. Candidates must be Indian citizens and residents of the state of Andhra Pradesh.

Good teachers, big ground, green environment, fest events, good placements, satisfied lab rooms.

Placements: The highest package is 8 LPA (taught works). The lowest package is 1.8 LPA, with an average package of 2.4 LPA. Top companies like ThoughtWorks, Tata, and L&T offer roles such as junior assistant trainee, designer, operator, and supervisor roles in the mechanical course.

Infrastructure: Good infrastructure, green environment, big ground, quality food for hostels, need some better medical facilities but overall good and sports meets and state fests, book fest events etc. Labs are old but all the instruments are working well, the classrooms are better now with some new items added like light fans etc.

Faculty: Highly qualified teachers support very well, good quality of teaching. Yes, it is relevant to the curriculum. It prepares students for the industry. 60+ pass percentage in our college. The exams are difficult, and it is interesting to test knowledge by conducting exams for the result, making us aware of what things we did well and what needs improvement for better marks next time.

Other: I chose this course because my aim is related to this subject, which can help me get a job as soon as possible.

Placements: The highest salary package offered is 5.45 LPA. The best companies will offer you the jobs according to your standards. We can also apply for government jobs by doing this course. I suggest this college to everyone who is interested in it.

Infrastructure: Our college provides good facilities like good canteen food, special hostel room and clean area with a shuttle court in the hostel. Everything is good here. The canteen provides morning tiffins, afternoon lunch and night dinner with less charge every month.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are well-qualified with good knowledge. They clarify the doubts of every student. They maintain dignity and keep the students in a proper way.

Other: I have chosen mechanical engineering in this college because I am interested in doing this course. It conducts activities like farewells, a college anniversary, retirement functions, etc.

It is one of the best government colleges.

Placements: About 30% of students got placed in various companies. The lowest salary package offered was 1.5 LPA, and the highest salary package offered was 3.5 LPA. The average salary package offered was 2.5 LPA. Some top companies like Pfizer, Tata, ITC, L&T, etc., visit our college for placements. Roles like junior trainee engineer and junior trainee officer are offered to the students.

Infrastructure: Our college provides all the labs, good classrooms, and a good library facility. The hostel facility is good, but the food served is not up to the mark. Our college provides ground. Every year sports meets is conducted. Our college does not provide medical facilities, but the college is in the city, so there is no problem with medical facilities.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are well-qualified and knowledgeable. The course curriculum is as per the state government. The pass percentage is 80%. Semester exams are as per the SBTET board. In the first year, we have 1 semester exam, and in the remaining 2 years, we have 2 semesters. There are a total of 5 semesters.
