BUMS | Candidate shall have passed Class 12 or its equivalent examination from any recognized Board with Physics, Chemistry and Biology, and shall have obtained mentioned percentage taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. For admission to the BUMS course, the candidate shall have passed the 10th or 12th standard with Urdu or Arabic or Persian language as one of the subject, or shall have to study Urdu language along with Arabic and Mantiq wa Falsafa (Logic and Philososphy) as a subject during the First Professional BUMS course. Candidates who have passed Class 12 from Open School or as private candidates shall not be eligible to appear for the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test. However, this has been a subject matter of challenge before the Honble High Court of Delhi, Honble High Court of Allahabad, Lucknow Bench, and Honble High Court of Madhya Pradesh at Jabalpur. Result awaited candidates can also apply however such candidates does not pass the qualifying examination with the required pass percentage at the time of first round of Counselling. The lower age limit is 17 years and upper age limit is 25 years on or before 31st Dec of the year of admission. Provided that the upper age limit may be relaxed by five years in the case of the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, and physically handicapped candidates. |
