Placements: The placements in core companies are hard. Most of the students get placed on coding and BPO companies. We also get restrained by experts from placement cell. My college provides one of the best opportunities to prove themselves but gets fewer opportunities.
Placements: The placement was not good when our batch was there. There is a need to keep more efforts for the placements, and the placement office has to take care of it. Also, some changes have to be done, and many of the students who are not getting the jobs in college have to search outside the college students who may face many problems.
Placements: In my college the lectures are good, but according to my college system, they want the students to have a high score on the exams. To get knowledge, there are few companies which offer for internships. But they adopt only a few students. And others go for other courses like M.tech and MS. The students who are hired for the internships are not working permanently they learnt another course and went to other companies.
Placements: The perfect companies offered good placements. Good academic placements by MNC companies. I didn't get the job not at least in the call centres also. Perfect for those who complete their subjects in time. Good companies offer the placements to maximum 60% students but with less salary.
Placements: The placements were very good up to 2013, almost 13-15 companies visit in every year, and they offered package almost 50 lakhs per annum. Now, gradually decreasing the percentage of placements which is very disappointing, but again they were working to increase the placements percentage. I hope that the placements will increase.
Placements: For our batch, there were no placements to date. There were no drives by any reputed companies. We just got BPO industries to our campus named VEE Technologies. They only shortlisted some students and left, saying that they would call us later if needed. However, the salary they offer was 10,000 per month. For our seniors, there were about 400 placements, but most of them were also from BPO's. Even last year we don't have any campus drive from TCS or Tech Mahindra. A few of them joined in those ...
Placements: The placements are good but not up to the mark, reaching 400+ every year but with the average package of 2.5 lakh. Our college training and placements cell is coaching for placements from the 2nd year, 2nd semester onwards, with a brilliant faculty from different famous and reputed insitutions.
Placements: There were 100 placement offers for 1000 students. The placements increased in comparison to the 2014-15 academic year. But only 10% of the total students were placed in good companies. There were other placements like business process outsourcing. But they pay very less salary and the students don't show any interest in joining them even if they get placed.
Placements: Placements in our college for 2016 batch were average (40%) but for our seniors, it was good with 50%. The highest salary offered by the companies was 4.5 LPA, average was 2.5 LPA and the least salary was 1.8 LPA. Companies visited our campus were TCS, Tech Mahindra, Polaris, Nalsoft, Emphasis, Osmosis, Mind Tree, Miracle, Sutherland, HCL, Bizz Time and Allsec for placements. Roles offered were associate software engineer, software engineer, BPO, KPO and tech support.
Placements: Average placements take place every year and approximately 30-60% placements are BPO related jobs. Companies like TCS, Tech Mahindra and MindTree etc., are the companies that visit this college. TCS, Mindtree and few other companies recruit less than 10-20 students every year (except TCS in 2016 due to a large requirement of employees). The highest salary offered is around 4 lakh per annum by a petroleum company. The lowest salary is around 8000/- per month. More no. of ECE and CSE students ...
Placements: Placements provided by the college are very low. There are 4-5 companies visiting for the recruitment like Navata, ICICI Prudential, HGS, Efftronics, etc. The roles that they offer are like HR recruiter for Navata, floor level manager for ICICI, customer relationship manager for HGS and marketing executive for Efftronics. The salary range is from 8000- 12000.
There is nothing like international exposure for students. Currently and in future also there won't be any exchange programs or international exposure for students. They are just confined to college and classes and if possible sports. A maximum of 80% of students get financial aid from the government in the form of reimbursement of Rs.35000 and this varies depending on the community of yours and annual income of your parents. The placement cell doesn't provide any internships. It offers only job...
It is located at very pleasant and healthy fields. Good Library and huge volume of books and online courses. Interactive facility and nice encouragement for Innovative thoughts. It gives equal importance to both studies and other activities. Importance to higher studies like GATE, GRE along with placements. Lab facilities pretty good.
It is a college that meant a lot to students. Here in the college students preferences are given a better value and a student is completely fulfilled by the teaching provided by the faculty members. They provide wonderful placements at the end of their graduation which will be helpful for the successful careers of students. I will be always thankful to my college for providing me such a wonderful environment during my four years of academics.
First look will impress everyone. The infrastructure is very good, class environment also nice. The ability of faculty is above average. Coming to the placements, this is the main point I want to emphasize, placement is not a great point to look out for regarding my college. On the flip side students will get good percentages and many of us gained university ranks. On the whole my college is a typical private engineering college with good facilities, rules, and ranks but lacks good placements. I...
