There is also an internship cell and placement.
Placements: From the 6th Semester, students become eligible for campus placements. Around 550 companies like Wipro, Infosys, TCS, Accenture, Capgemini, IBM, Amazon, and many others come for placements. The highest package was 20 Lacs and the average was 4 Lacs. 80% of students get placed every year. My plans aim for higher studies.
Infrastructure: The annual festival of my college is very famous because it is a 3-day fest and the biggest artists like Honey Singh, Diljit, Jassi Gill, etc., have performed in my college in the past. Along with there are hundreds of societal fests which happen on a regular basis. The library of my college is very well-furnished and totally air-conditioned, it also has a very vast range of books from every domain. Every classroom in my college is air-conditioned and has a smart board and projectors in it. The sports facilities are too good.
Faculty: The faculty here are pretty friendly and encouraging, but they can do better with good guidance from the coordinators. There are 3 internals, and the best of two will be considered. They are pretty easy if you prepare even a little. Passing is very easy, whereas scoring is what makes things exciting. The course curriculum is also good but not enough.

Hansraj College - A dream for many!
Placements: Hansraj College has a Placement Cell and also an Internship Cell. Both these cells are very active and provide valuable opportunities to all the students of our college. The average placement record of the last academic year stands at 7-8 LPA and the median package stands at 8-9 LPA. Along with this, the highest package stands at around 30 LPA, which is quite high for UG students. Mostly, recruiters come from finance and consulting backgrounds and firms. This shows how effective our Placement Cell is.
Infrastructure: There are a total of 7 gates to enter. The whole infrastructure is divided into three academic blocks named A, B, and C. There are huge sports grounds, a basketball and volleyball court. Hansraj College is one of the few colleges that provide an indoor badminton court and the only college in DU to provide a special shooting range. There are also physiotherapy rooms, yoga rooms, and a big modern gymnasium. Each and every classroom is air-conditioned. The Hostel of Hansraj College is quite big and extensive, including two buildings allocated for both boys' and girls' hostels.
Faculty: Most of the professors have Ph.D. degrees in their respective fields and are very articulate in their ways of teaching. Such methods include student-led presentations, interactive tutorials, and many more. The semester exams are quite moderate and offer an extensive test of our knowledge. The pass percentage is quite high, with almost 80% of students passing each subject.
Other: It has been nothing but a wonderful experience at Hansraj College, which is, by the way, considered one of the best UG colleges for commerce students in India. There is a very high cutoff for Hansraj College, and trust me, it is all worth it. My expectations have been exceeded. I chose to attend this college mainly because of the vast exposure and networking opportunities that are available here. Being placed at the heart of our country, Hansraj College offers an extensive college experience, including both academics and extracurricular activities.

Also, annual fests and freshers' parties are organized in my college.
Placements: My course has a very low placement percentage, but we get internships in various companies according to our interests in fields like social media, coding, etc. Many companies visit my college, but it depends on our skills to help us secure placements; the college name doesn't significantly aid in the process.
Infrastructure: The hostel at our college is very good, but the seats are limited, so they allocate space to 1-2 persons in every course based on their marks. The mess food is really good; they provide healthy meals and a variety of dishes. The hostel also has designated game times.
Faculty: The teachers are really helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The semester exams are neither too tough nor too easy. The passing criteria is approximately 4 CGPA in a year, and the exams are held twice a year, i.e., semester-wise. The teachers also involve us in extracurricular activities; many camps are held at our college, and they give us the chance to manage those events.
Other: Currently, I'm in my second year, and the duration of the programming courses has been extended since students can complete their college in either three or four years. After four years, a person will receive the honors degree.

The Honourable and Prestigious Hansraj.
Placements: The placement percentage of my college varies between 50 to 60%. The highest package of my college is 36.5 lakhs, the lowest package is 5 lakhs, and the average package is 8.63 lakhs. The highest package from my course was 12 lakhs, the average was 7 lakhs, and the lowest was 5 lakhs. The top companies which recruit students from my course are the Big Four, Paytm, Byju's, Zomato, FMCG, etc. Overall, 80% of students from my course got internships in big companies like The Economic Times, Hindustan Times, KPMG, Zomato, etc. Top roles which are offered from my course are in marketing, HR, consulting, sales, content writing, business analysis, etc.
Infrastructure:
The facilities and infrastructure are excellent for my course. Every classroom is air-conditioned and has smart boards and projectors. The quality of the hostel facilities is also good. The food is very tasty and healthy, similar to home-cooked food. The sports facilities are excellent in my college. It has a shooting range, an indoor badminton and TT stadium, an outdoor stadium, and also a sports room where every type of sports equipment is available.
Faculty: The faculty is excellent and highly qualified. Every faculty member holds a Ph.D. degree and has written their own books. Their teaching quality is easily understandable. The course curriculum is very relevant because we get to read about different novels and fiction, which makes the students fully prepared for the literature industry.
Other: I chose this course because I love reading stories, and I also write poems, so this course will help me to get better in this field of becoming a writer. Everything is best in my course, and I don't think that there is any need for improvement. The overall crowd and connectivity are excellent. Every year our annual fest, Confluence, happens, in which the biggest artists of the country come and perform at our college. There is a scholarship facility for EWS students, and extracurricular activities happen on a daily basis, which gives students great exposure.
