Heramba Chandra College.
Placements: 30 to 40% students get placement every year in our college.
The highest package offered was 7 LPA, the lowest package offered was 2 LPA, and the average package is 5 to 10 LPA.
SBI, Yes Bank, and HDFC are the top recruiting companies.
Investment banker, financial analyst, etc.
Infrastructure: My college provides free Wi-Fi across the whole campus, affordable food is available in the canteen, there is a girls' common room, 2 libraries in college, and a computer lab. Facilities are available. Every classroom has a projector and smart TV. The college campus is always clean, and every floor has a water purifier.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful. Their teaching techniques are so good, and every teacher gives notes and suggestions. The course curriculum makes the study industry-ready. The semester exam is hard, but if you study well, you can pass easily. The pass percentage is 25%.
Other: I'm a commerce student, so I was prepared for this course in early school days. Our college holds many events and fests. Scholarships are also available.

It's best for Bengal, those who know Bengali can go for this college.
Placements: I don't know much about placements, but the college is good. The placement I guess you get from this college is around 1 to 1.5 LPA. Our class has 90 students, and the whole B.Com (Hons) department has about 500 students, so if you're lucky, you may get placed.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good, but I don't know much about the hostel. The college provides Wi-Fi, but it doesn't work well as many students use it, around 200-300 students on average, so it's not very useful. The canteen is average, but the library and computer labs are good.
Faculty: The college organizes events and activities, including sports, games, and tournaments. It has a small campus where you can play cricket, football, badminton, and basketball. The college also has union rooms, and it is known for its anti-ragging policies.

Best commerce college in Kolkata .
Placements: Around 5% of B.Com students get placement from our college. The highest package offered was 8 LPA, the lowest package was 1.8 LPA, but the average package is 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies are PricewaterhouseCoopers, Grant Thornton, Deloitte, Tata, etc. Only about 3%–5% of students from B.Com get internships from our college at Ernst & Young, KPMG, Accenture, and Wipro.
Infrastructure: Our college has 4 to 5 Wi-Fi connections, and they are available all the time. The classrooms are big enough for 200 students at a time. The classrooms are spacious and airy. Our college has 2 libraries, but the problem is they only have old syllabus books. Our college has no hostel facility. Our campus has a cheap canteen for students, but the canteen provides average food.
Faculty: As our college is affiliated with Calcutta University, we have great and efficient teachers and professors. All the teachers are highly qualified and have great teaching skills. This course curriculum is relevant for those who want to pursue CA, CMA, CS, or M.Com in the future. After passing this course, students can cope with real-life workplace scenarios. The semester exams are really difficult at Calcutta University. The pass percentage varies around 60%.
Other: I have chosen this course because I will pursue CMA in the future. This course provides in-depth knowledge and skills in the commerce field. Things to be improved in this course are that the pass percentage should be increased and the course duration should be reduced to 3 years.

My College Summary of Heramba Chandra College
Placements: 1000 students are placed in the B.Com honors course. The highest package offered by our college was 300,000. One of the top companies is Mahindra and Company. There are many students who got these excellent jobs in very well-known companies. Heramba Chandra College in Kolkata offers a variety of roles to its graduates through campus placements. Prominent recruiters include TCS, Bajaj Allianz, HDFC Finance, and ICICI Bank.
Infrastructure: The facilities given by our college are really helpful as they provide us with free Wi-Fi, clean classrooms, and a library filled with useful books. Canteen food is also very tasty, and the hygiene of the college has been maintained. Also, there are common rooms for girls, and a sports room is available for students.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful, highly qualified, and quite knowledgeable. Their teaching skills are very good. They explain things to us even thrice if we have any queries. This course really helps make students industry-ready as the ED (Entrepreneurship Development) subject helped us to learn more about the industries running in the world. The standard of these exams is quite a bit better than that of other colleges. It goes hand-in-hand with the best colleges.
Other: I personally chose this course because I like accounts, and I want to pursue my career in accounting. The best thing about this course is that it will help me to upgrade my lifestyle. I don't think there is anything that needs to be improved about our course. The seniors are very helpful, and events are done in a very standard way. Our college is taking part in competitions with big colleges.

I am really satisfied with my college.
Placements: Approximately 1200 students were placed in B.Com in our college this year. Some students are placed from our university internships; they are also given to our students. The top roles offered in our course are financing, accounting, managerial roles, and a lot more.
Infrastructure: There are a lot of infrastructural facilities in our college. There is Wi-Fi, and there are fully functional labs. Classrooms are really large and spacious. There are two functional libraries. The canteen in our college is very nice, and the food served is nice and hygienic.
Faculty: The teachers of our department are very helpful and qualified. They teach very nicely. They are very knowledgeable. The teaching quality of our college is very high. The curriculum of ours is relevant; it makes the students industry-ready. The semester exams are difficult, and the pass percentage of our college is decent.
Other: I chose this course as I wanted to study more about finance and management, and the syllabus provides that the semester exams can be a little less tough. Events, fests, and everything in our college are the best.

Placements: Almost 75% of the students were placed from the Bachelor of Commerce program. Salary packages offered by recruiters ranged from 2L to 4L per annum. The top recruiters for Bachelor of Commerce included TCS, Bajaj Allianz, HDFC Finance, and ICICI Bank. Some of the job roles offered to Bachelor of Commerce graduates were human resource, accountant, cashier, business development executive, sales executive, customer service officer, data entry, and back office operations.
Infrastructure: Classrooms have a capacity of 150 students.
Classrooms have enough number of fans and lights. We have 2 libraries, one is the seminar and the other is the central. We have projector in some specific classes and also blackboards are being replaced by smart boards but still some classes might have blackboards. The quality of food served in the canteen is average.
Faculty: The teachers are quite helpful and well-qualified. They are very cooperative during exams, providing proper notes and suggestions. During our project work in the sixth semester, teachers were very supportive. They helped us understand the topic and offered relevant ideas about the project, always being available whenever we needed assistance.
Other: There are multiple career growth options in commerce, which is why I chose this course. It provides extensive information and knowledge about the finance and insurance sectors, and also offers opportunities to engage in practical projects and enhance my skills.
