Full freedom to enjoy, good environment but less chance to get job and knowledge.

Placements: In our college placement percentage has decreased rapidly last year. Only 8% of students have been placed. CTS recruited 150+ student the only reason for the decreasing placement is the lack of knowledge and skills in the students. The top recruiting company for our college is CTS Coimbatore branch. The eligibility criteria for the placement is CGPA above 7.5. As you know HICET is an autonomous college it is easy to get good marks with your hardwork.

Infrastructure was good, and the campus has 300 acres. Teachers were average.

Placements: Many students got placed in mechanical engineering branch, and in our batch, there were 3 classes. I have no details about the salary offered, but I think the salary offered is Rs. 20,000 per month. Companies are recruiting students, and students are offered with design post. I have no idea about the salary package offered in our course. We are going to many companies like JK Tyre and workshops for internships.

Absolutely satisfaction because of faculty and good placements in 2020. And the freedom given.

Placements: In our college there were about 50 to 60 percent of the students placed. However our college placement companies offered lower salaries range which is 176000. The highest package is 700000 per annum. Top recruiting companies are Axis global, Tcs, Cts, etc. Top roles offered are Design engineer, maintenance engineer. Students got internship from tier related companies. College will not provide any internship students will get the opportunity to get a internship.

I suggest not to choose mechatronics department.

Placements: If you need a job in your domain, it is impossible to get. If you have a good score, you can get into any one of the software companies. There may be some companies related to your domain, but the salary offered will be Rs. 8,000-12,000 per month. The placement scenario is the worst.

Our college is not bad when compared to the colleges situated in this area.

Placements: A lot of IT companies are visiting our campus nowadays for placements. During the time of my joining, only a few companies used to visit our campus. However, every year, the placement officer is working very efficiently to invite a good number of companies to our campus. Almost half of the IT branch students were placed.
