Not worth it. Poor location, low education quality, and bad faculty. Only the brand name is used.

Placements: Almost 50-60% of the students were placed in our batch. The highest salary package offered was 10.5 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 1.6 LPA. Top recruiting companies were Infosys, Indian Army, Cent, Virtuoso. Roles of a software developer, analyst, junior engineer were offered. The average salary package offered in our course was 3 LPA. Almost 70-80% of the students got internships in DRDO, Red FM, PVR, Delhi Metro, EIL, etc.

Average college with good placements for bright students.

Placements: Placement for my batch was decent, more than 70% students were placed and those who could not make it in the starting were placed after a few months through off campus or through eLitmus/AMCAT. Taking about internship from the college, it was hard to get it from the college. You will have to manage it on your own, need to use your contacts to get it. HMRITM does have a small placement cell and they do their duty to invite companies to the campus. If not, they will ask the students to go for off-...

The college is good if you find good friends.

Placements: Around 3 or 4 companies visited the college for placements. They also organise pool placements and provide information about other placement drives, mostly among Panipat colleges like PIET and APIIT. Rest, you are on your own. I will recommend you to not wait for the college to arrange something, and start your search from the second last semester, and make your profile on Naukri or LinkedIn as well.

HMR needs to have a better management, and it shouldn't be like a school.

Placements: The placement cell is not really good. The staff send us emails, but only a few companies visit HMR. Out of those, only a few companies offer technical jobs. So, HMR needs to work on its placement cell. Although value-added programs, etc., are provided in the college to attract companies, still that's not sufficient.

I won't suggest anyone to join the college, the management collects huge amount.

Placements: Placements in our college were average. T&P works hard to bring companies, but due to the improper behaviour with companies personnel, they're hardly interested in revisiting the college. The highest package offered to my batch reached 8 lacs per annum. Hardly, 5% of the students were placed. Most of the students got placed on their own. The college helps you with nothing, directors and chairman are the worst.

Averagely satisfied with the college.

Placements: Placements for computer science and IT departments are good. Placements for other departments are very low because most of the companies which come for placements are IT-based firms that ask for extensive coding knowledge.

Overall, the college is average.

Placements: The placements for all other branches are very low except for CSE and IT. The companies mostly offer BPO jobs. Students opt for further studies or get placed on their own.

Placements only for IT, CS, and ECE students.

Placements: There are many companies visited this year but they are only for computer Science, information technology and electronics and communication engineering students. Many students has been placed only in these branches. But for mechanical and automation engineering they provide off campus placement (pool campus). No core placement for mechanical. Average package is 3 Lacs.

The Isolated College - HMRITM.

Placements: Placements here are very bad. First of all if you are not from CSE/IT branch then the chance of you getting an in campus placement is like chance of finding a needle in a haystack. Even in CSE department the placements are not very good. Overall about 20-30 students get placed every year which is not even 5 percent of the total candidates appearing. Even if you are lucky enough to get a job, your starting salary will not be more than 2 lac per annum or you might even end up with a BPO job. The c...

Quite good in terms of environment, faculty, infrastructure, but the palcements are average.

Placements: The placements for branches of CS, IT, and ECE are a bit average, but the placements of other branches are nearly zero. No mechanical and electrical companies come to the campus for placements. But, there are chances of getting placed in CS, IT or ECE based companies. No matter what is your branch, if you have the capability, you can get placed.

Almost, it's an okay college, and you can take admission here.

Placements: There are no placements in the mechanical branch. Maybe, if you take admission, first search for it, then take admission. So, please be serious to take admission and also see the area around the college. There are placements in CSE, IT, and other ones like EEE and ECE, but in ME, I'm not sure that there are placements. Infosys will come to this college.

Teaching quality is good but not infrastructure.

Placements: Placement of my batch is not good. Two students out of sixty in MAE and around 300 students for INFOSYS excluding MAE branch and about my seniors, 206 students for INFOSYS. The highest salary offered was 3.2 lack per annum last year. Only INFOSYS, after it pool drive is the only option which bolsters students.

Qualified teachers but really bad infrastructure.

Placements: Placements more for CSE and IT branches and less for others. Packages are too low. But yes, a few companies do visit the campus. Placements were good for CSE branch for last year. Companies like HCL, Infotech and SAAS visited the campus for 2012 batch. Placements for ECE and EEE are less.

HMRITM review by a regular student.

Placements: Our college has very bad placement records no one got offered a placement package higher than 8 lacs per annum. The placement cell gives us good guidelines to improve ourselves and to get prepared for the placements. There are good faculty members who give the guidance on how to get an internship.

Decent infrastructure, and emphasis on project-based learning.

Placements: Placements for this year and previous have been very low, i.e., about 30%. Very few companies visit the college for placements, some of them are Infosys and Libsys. The average package offered was 3.6 LPA. Students are timely informed about the recent jobs available in the sector.

A good college and good environment for studies. The major concerns are placement and location.

Placements: The placement is a big concern in this college. The college is blacklisted by many companies even the companies like Infosys hire the maximum of 10-20 students. The reason behind the placement condition is college placement cell. The have issues with the companies' HRs.

Placements: In HMR Institute of technology and management placement is not good. Here placement are only available for computer Science engineering department and IT department, and for those also package is not good. Here the maximum salary package is upto 3-4 Lacs. The main for placement is Infosys.

The college is good if you gather some knowledge by your efforts. Otherwise, bunking is easy here.

Placements: The placement of the college is best for computer science and information technology, but coming down to electronics, it is not too good, and for electrical and mechanical, it is bad. Do not ever think about migration or branch change, and it is impossible.

Helpful teachers are present, I think it could help.

Placements: The placements are not good. The students are trying to get off campus placements. There are the very small amount of students who got offered the stipend. There is a placement cell, but it is not helpful to us. Mostly, IT-based companies visited the campus for the placements.

It is an average college. Good for students who have interest in IT sector.

Placements: The placements of my batch and my seniors are quite low. There is a placement cell but mostly IT sector companies come. The average salary offered is 3 lakh per annum. Only 20% of the students get placed. All other students try to get the job through off-campus drives. Mostly, software developer and business development associate roles are offered by companies.
