Q:   Which has better placement at Hyderabad Institute of Technology and Management, B.Tech CSE or B.Tech ECE?

A:

One of the best B.Tech institutes in Telangana, Hyderabad Institute of Technology and Management provides carefully chosen undergraduate engineering and B.Tech degrees that centre on artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, and all things technological. Placement at HITAM University is the result of the combined efforts of students, instructors, and—above all—our Career Design Centre, which consistently prepares them for this pivotal and vital stage of their college careers. We may deduce that there are much more students put in the CSE department than in the ECE department after closely examining the college placement listings on the official website.

I am satisfied because of facilities, good placements in 2023, and great infrastructure.
Placements: Nearly 60% of students got placed in our college. The highest salary package offered is 10 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 3.6 LPA. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Tech Mahendra, Meil, Maersk, etc., visit the college. Tech Mahendra, Meil, and TCS are the top recruiting companies for our course. Almost 80% of students got internships in Meil as developers and machine learners.
Infrastructure: We have good Wi-Fi. Our labs have high efficiency and equipment is sufficiently available. Classrooms are great with inbuilt projectors. The library is common for all departments. I don't live in the hostel. The canteen food is good. There is a separate medical clinic in our college. Every sport has a playground.
Faculty: Our teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is great. They explain in a friendly way with some humor included. This course curriculum is relevant and makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are tough. The pass percentage is 70%.
Other: I did not choose this course on my own, I have applied for multiple courses, and I got this. The syllabus has to be upgraded. It is old. All types of events are held in the college. It is a great experience.

Good college with great faculty.
Placements: Very good college in terms of academics, but has very strict standards. Students can't roam around the campus during college hours; they can have their break in the campus building. Companies are coming in for recruitment, and average packages are around INR 5 LPA.
Infrastructure: There are good hostels with fast Wi-Fi, the beds are great, and the wardens are friendly, but the food and other stuff are not up to par. The timing of hostels is feasible, and students can stay in hostels if they want to instead of going to college without any parents permission. Though rules for girls hostels are very strict.
Faculty: Experienced faculty, most of whom have industrial experience, clear all types of doubts without any hesitation and also guide you on how to stand out in the market, make you a very useful asset for the company, and also help you out in exams.
Other: Three fests are organized in the college.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of placements .
Placements: Placements are limited, as our college is not well-known. Some companies with low packages, starting from 4.5 LPA, recruit our college's students. Most students do not get placements on campus. However, the education and skill development are good.
Infrastructure: Our college is filled with greenery and has good infrastructure. Mechanical engineering requires costly equipment and maintenance. Our college has good equipment in labs, and all the books that are required are available in the library. The classrooms are neat, and the canteen is average.
Faculty: Good faculty. The faculty encourages students not only in their studies but also helps them with other extracurricular activities and always motivates them. The faculty arranges industrial visits twice a year, which gives students an idea of how the industry operates.

It is the most fun loving college with good enviornment.
Placements: Our college had a good placement record to help students get good placements. The highest salary package offered was 12 LPA to 13 LPA. Students get internships at Goldman Sachs. They helped students at any stage of the interview or any selection process.
Infrastructure: Our college had a good infrastructure and well-equipped labs. The food served in the cafeteria was top-notch and loved by the students. Our college encouraged students to participate in competitions and sports. It had a gym and indoor sports.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college were knowledgeable. Their teaching methods were according to the new education model. They integrate their classes with presentations and seminars.

I recommend students to take admission to this college.
Placements: Our college provided great placement courses and helped in developing the career and also any tough interviews. The placement officer helped students in walking through the interview. Students of our college got placed with a good salary package of 13 LPA.
Infrastructure: Our college was well-equipped with beautiful infrastructure and trees. Hostel was well-equipped with all kinds of amenities. Wardens were available for any kind of emergencies for hostelers.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college had good knowledge of the course. They improve their education with an interactive presentation session. They conduct events where students have to conduct seminars on a topic.
