Placements: I got placed in an HR outsourcing company. As an operation specialised MBA, there is no company as such recruiting front our college. The management has no answer for why they still have operations stream as no companies visiting the campus for operations role.

Placements: 90% were placed but the average package is 3.5 lacs only and the highest is 15 lacs. Deloitte, HDFC and ICICI visited for placements. Marketing and sales roles were offered. 95 percent got their internship but not in the field they wanted. It was just for the sake to send students that they had given these options. Only a few companies were good and the stipend was not at all given to most of the students. This was the decision of the director saying that it was not necessary to give the stipend...

Placements: From our seniors, we came to know that the placement scenario is average here and not much great. Mainly companies which visit here are marketing companies, so students from finance and operation courses don't get choices for placements. Deloitte was one of the good companies which used to visit here, but it has blacklisted IBS Pune.
