IESMCRC is one of the best colleges in Mumbai for management education. Some may argue this but according to me, IES is the newest college and also the top-ranking college of Mumbai. It is growing at a rapid speed while others are stagnant. They will do some favour for the PGDM students as far as the placements are concerned. Do not expect much in teaching as very few faculty members are good in teaching here, like all other colleges of this league. However, extra activities are in plenty here.

IESMCRC overall was a good experience. The 2 years spent at IES provided great learning experience. Decent faculty members, good campus life, the conferences/seminars conducted and lots more. And if I have to talk about one best memory then it has to be the conference in our college auditorium.

IES MCRC is one of the best things that happened to me in my academic career. I did my MMS in Marketing during the year 2007-2009. It was a full time course. The best part about IES is the Faculty and the industry exposure they provide. Everyone at the campus have always been helpful and keen towards the overall growth of each and every student. I believe it more so depends on each and every student how they take things ahead! For me the overall experience was enriching and I wish IES, all t...

I graduated from IES MCRC in 2001 and we were the second batch of graduates since the B-school had started. It was a learning phase for all of us then, but what makes me feel good is the fact that in the last 13 years, the college has been doing a lot - with a clear focus of imparting practical education to aspiring managers, which will help them hold sail as they embark their voyage in the corporate world.

Good college with decent placements.

Placements: The placements offered by the college are moderately good. More companies come to campus for Marketing specialization as compared to other specializations although most of the job roles offered are sales related. The lowest package offered is 4.5 LPA. Almost all of the marketing students got placed for summer internship. Top recruiters for summer internship were ITC, Mondelez, Himalaya and many more.

It's good college, value for money.

Placements: College is good with placement, but there is scope for improvement. Also, the college can look out for lots of other options for placements like IIMss such as student-driven placement cell, more alumni interaction and good contacts with them, which can organize pool campus recruitments.

I am satisfied with the course because of faculty members, decent infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: Placements are good, and the college provides 100% placements. However, the average salary package offered is not that high. For finance, the average salary package offered is around 4 to 5.5 LPA. Companies which visit here are Transparent, Aranca, HDFC Ltd, ICICI Bank, Crisil, Motilal Oswal and KPMG.

It is a great college in terms of teaching, and placements can be improved.

Placements: Placements in our college are above average. Some good companies are coming to our college. But placements can be improved a lot. In our course, since it is a new field, very limited companies are coming to college. If one wants to specialise in marketing, you have many companies coming in. But for other streams, the placements are bit weaker. For analytics, as it is a new field, a lot of opportunities are not available for placements.

It is a good college to pursue an MBA because of good faculty members and good placements.

Placements: The placement record in our college is good, i.e., approximately 85-90% of the students got placed. This year, the highest salary package offered is 8.5 LPA, while the average salary package offered is 4.5 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. A lot of companies like Axis, ITC, ICICI, Transparent Value, Black Rock, Future Group, Sun Pharma, Accure, Crisil, Amul, Paras, etc., visit here for placements. Management trainee, analyst, assets management, etc., roles are offered here.
