It provides decent placements every year but not much improvement. Faculty & curriculum are average.

Placements: Almost 70% of the students got placed in the CSE department, this year. The highest salary package offered was 53 LPA, and the average SALARY package offered was 16.6 LPA. The top recruiting companies were Infosys, Yugabyte, Nvidia, etc. The top roles offered by these companies were junior software developer, engineer, and other such roles.

Infrastructure: Facilities provided in the college building are pretty basic. There are projectors and blackboards in all the classrooms. We have Wi-Fi throughout the college building and the speed is pretty decent. The food served in the mess is terrible, and sports facilities are not provided by the college.

Faculty: Some teachers are helpful and sincere. Whereas the rest are just not good, and they don't teach anything as such. The course curriculum is relevant to the current needs. Exams are not very difficult if you study regularly and put in some effort.

Other: I opted for this course because I am most comfortable in CSE.

No proper Campus due to temporary campus

Placements: The placement statics of 2024 is not good because only 25% students got placed due to temporary campus that we got but placement in 2023 is quite good. In few months we will shift to new campus so placement there will surely improve because we will have permanent campus.

Infrastructure: There is no proper infrastructure because we were in temporary campus currently but in few months we will back to permanent campus. There will be good infrastructure because of permanent campus here only. One academic building is there for entire college due to that we lack with infrastructure.

Faculty: Teachers are good, they interact with students alot. They help students for better academics strength. They trained us for placements. They helped me alot. Good environment is here with no ragging. Everyone enjoys the curriculum so much. We have many exams and good curriculum here.

Other: Till Now campus isn't allotted so no proper Infrastructure nothing is here. There are lot of problems in terms of placements.

Placements: This year is a recession year, so overall placement in CSE is 24.8%, something. The highest package was about 43 Lacs. The average package is 13 Lacs approximately. Top recruiting companies are Yugabyte, Amazon, Intel, Bosch. Roles include Software development and Software testing.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available. The infrastructure of the hostel is good, but as we do not have a permanent campus, the Institute Building is not up to the mark. A small library is also present, which does not seem like a library. The quality of food and facilities is below average. They do not even have washing machines, neither JET sprays nor bulbs. There is a canteen available, but no medical or sports facilities. However, seniors somehow manage to conduct a sporting event by contributing. We also do not have a single ground to play on.

Faculty: Teachers are qualified, no doubt, but some faculty members are hard to approach. They are full of arrogance and do not dare to give you marks in exams. Also, teaching quality is average. You have to do it by yourself at the end. Overall, the curriculum consists of the old syllabus only, but you get a basic idea from it. Semester exams are not at all difficult to pass, but if you want your CGPA to be very good, you have to regularly study the whole semester. Some teachers are also very helpful.

Good coding culture and competitive culture, both in CP and DEV.

Placements: Currently, I am in second year Our batch is not ready for placements but our senior got an on-campus internship at Nvidia, another got an internship at a startup, and some got off-campus jobs at Google, Cisco, Microsoft, Flipkart, etc. Our college is only working because of the students here. The coding culture here is very good and competitive .

Infrastructure: Mess food is okay. Wi-Fi is available but that too doesn't work. If it does, then it's speed is very slow. There is no medical facility and our college doesn't have its own grounds. We have to go to a private field to play. Sometimes the food is good, but all days the food is below average .

Faculty: The faculty is average; only 1-2 are good. They don't know how to speak English properly and sometimes they teach the wrong concepts. The semester exams are not difficult but the gap between them is very small, so they become difficult. The course curriculum in first year was not relevant but in my second year, it is quite relevant.

Other: I was getting CSE here according to my JEE Main rank; that's why I chose it and I thought it was situated in Pune (IT hub) and would help me in my placement, but I was partially correct. Here, placement is only 24% of the 2024 batch and very few companies visit the campus; you have to try off campus.

Placements: The average Package is 16 LPA, the highest is 44 LPA and the lowest is 11 LPA with companies like Google, Flipkart, and TCS. The Career Development & Corporate Relation Centre (CDCRC) provides opportunities to students through guidance, career planning, and skill development. Top companies visited IIIT Pune for the batch of 2021 and 2022.

Infrastructure: IIIT Pune is operating from the temporary campus at Ambegaon Budruk, Sinhagad Institute Road, Pune 411041. The temporary campus of IIIT Pune is at a distance of 13 km from Pune Railway Station, and 20 km from Pune Airport. It is intended that the institute will eventually move to its permanent campus, spread over 100 acres located at Nanoli Tarf Chakan near Talegaon Dabhade.

Faculty: Pass percentage 70. IIIT Pune offers CSE and ECE, which are equivalent in their standard to IITs. The course structure is flexible and allows students to study additional subjects/electives apart from the prescribed curriculum. To motivate the talented students, the Institute started awarding the Honours Degree to the bright students in both the branches with majors in various disciplines.

There is no permanent campus but it is said that IITP will shift to a permanent campus in future.

Placements: This year, because of the recession, there were only 25% of students who could get a job, but still, they were able to get a maximum of 80 lpa and an average of 17 lpa. Almost everyone got an internship, even some of the first- and second-year students managed to become interns at some startups.

Infrastructure: The academic building is a small building (the size of a school or smaller). It's not too good but still, it's manageable because it has all the basic needs like Wi-Fi, well-equipped labs, etc., but since it's a temporary campus, the hostel and all buildings are of Sinhgad College. The temporary hostel is a 5/5 because we got all the basic needs, like Wi-Fi, a mattress, a table, a chair, cupboard and most importantly, an attached bathroom and washrooms with a basin region separately. The rooms are quite spacious, so it's a shared space for four students. Since we have no campus, there are no sports facilities except for the TT table in the hostel.

Faculty: Faculty members are nice if we pay attention to the class. Teachers are highly qualified and knowledgeable. Talking about the exams, there are a total of 3 exams in a semester, namely t1, t2 and the end semester. T1/t2 lasts for approximately 4 days, i.e., 2 exams per day, while the end semester lasts for a whole week, i.e., one exam a day. The passing mark is 30/100.

Other: There is no campus but still, we manage to hold some national level events
