Review of IILM Graduate School of Management.

Placements: Whatever our college advertises about placements is different from reality. So, I suggest you never trust fake advertisements provided by IILM Graduate School of Management. Everything shown in the advertisement is fake. They only focus on earning money, or they will screw your life in college.

Overall, dissatisfied with internships, management and infrastructure.

Placements: Placements in our college were average. We can give 2.5 out of 5 for placements. The highest salary package offered was 16 LPA, and the lowest was 3.5 LPA. Opportunities for final placements were good, but as far as the internships are concerned, we are facing issues regarding the companies and the profiles offered as most of the operations and finance students are not getting an internship in their area of interest. The highest stipend offered is Rs. 15,000 per month and the lowest is Rs. 3,000...

Placements are not up to the mark. This college is good at providing good knowledge and exposure.

Placements: Placements in our college are not as expected, but the college tries to get everyone placed. The highest salary package offered till now was 7 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 3.6 LPA. The average salary package offered was 5 LPA. Companies like Deloitte, Amazon, Moody Analytics, Swiggy, and Oyo, etc., visited the campus for placements.

It is an average college to take admission.

Placements: Placements in our college are average. It can be said that it's better not to pursue PGDM from IILM so that you can save your money and invest it somewhere else. They don't have any idea how to teach, and the teachers are leaving the college.

Satisfied with the environment, but need to improve a lot with its placement team.

Placements: The placements are good as the companies from various sectors come for recruitment. The top companies like Grail Research, Deloitte, etc., come for recruitment. We get plenty of opportunities regarding the placements and internships. Above 90% of the students get placed every year. The highest package offered was 14 LPA, and the lowest was 2.8 LPA. The highest stipend offered was Rs. 20,000 per month whereas the lowest was Rs. 5,000 per month. The placement weeks are also conducted at regular in...

The infrastructure is good, but development in the placements is required.

Placements: Overall, the placements were good enough. As more than 90 percent of the students got placed except the students, who are starting their venture and 3-4, who could not crack any interviews. The highest package offered was around 14 LPA by Amazon for marketing. The lowest package was 2.8 LPA. Big four finance companies, marketing research firms like Grail, IMRB, Protiviti were here, many startups including Paytm and Mobikwik were here for the placement. Some MNCs and global companies like HUL, Br...

Satisfied with the college.

Placements: The placements in this college are above average. The highest placement is 15 LPA given by Amazon, and the lowest package offered is 4 LPA. There are many top companies which visit the campus. Some of them are Amazon, Deloitte, ITC, Ernst and Young, Protiviti and many more.

An okay experience in this college when the expectation was too damn high.

Placements: The placement this year has been very disappointing, but there doesn't mean it's all college's fault, but the main problem is of the existing students who are weak on all bases. The highest package has been of Rs16 Lacs, and the average has been around 3.5-4 Lacs.

Poor placements. Good infrastructure.

Placements: Way below average. We expect a certain ROI on the money we pay as fees, but placements offered here are too poor. The placements are not up to our expectations. The number of companies that came was also less. We expected that at least our invested money should come back.

At last, looking at a wider view, IILM is a good college for a student seeking PGDM.

Placements: The placements in IILM are not as per the expectations. As of now, out of 140 students, still, 20% of the students are not placed. So, there is a huge competition in the market. The college is not giving its 100% to the placement, but, at last, I would say that the faculty members are cooperative to the students.

Good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: The placements are average, and in general, the minimum packages offered by the company is Rs. 3 lakhs CTC. Also, the average package was about Rs. 4.5 Lakhs CTC and the highest placement was Rs. 15 Lakhs. This all depends on the student calibre.

The quality of academics is good, but the infrastructure and the placements are poor.

Placements: Initially, the placement was slow, later it picked, but the package offered was low. The situation of the economy of the country made a huge impact on the placements not only in our college but MBA placements as a whole. The highest package was 9.7 LPA, but 5.7 LPA was fixed, the lowest package was 3 LPA, and the average package was 4.5 LPA. Many companies like Deloitte, Grail Research, E&Y, Saint Gobain, Cadbury, Loreal, ITC, Marico, Times of India, Barclays, HDFC, Infoedge and much more visite...

IILM graduate school of management-Average because of poor performance in providing placements.

Placements: The placement was not as expected. The placement was done as a whole for 3 campuses greater Noida, Gurgaon and Lodhi road. Here we from our greater Noida campus should move to either of two campuses early morning by the 6'O clock for every campus drive. After the long journey of 2 hrs, we are almost tired where our performance will be little down than the candidates who wake up and come with the fresh mind from those campuses. Still there use to be politics played over there to get selected for ...

Good faculty, horrible management, great hostel, decent placement, Classes are interactive in nature and are a healthy mix of formal lectures, case studies and presentations. An equal weightage of 50% is given to both internal and external exams. Tests are conducted on a regular basis which can be both, planned as well as surprise in nature. Although surprise tests are not very common but students try and stay as up-to-date as possible in subjects such as Finance and Economics where you won't kn...

Good college to study if you want strong concepts in management, but to talk about placements the scenario is pathetic, salary packages offered are below average and not worth the money you pay to study in the institute. Faculty members are awesome. So choose wisely.

Review of IILM Graduate School of Management.

Placements: Placements and internships are pretty decent. I would say that the college is showing an improvement as some of the good companies like Google, Amazon and Adobe are coming to offer internships. The highest and the lowest packages offered are 12 LPA and 3 LPA respectively, and the average package is 4.5 LPA. All the profiles offered are good. They are also providing good exposure to the students.

Our college provides opportunities and career growth.

Placements: The average salary package offered varies from 3 LPA - 4 LPA. Companies for both placements and internships are well-known. Summer internships placements are provided here. Mostly the criteria for the placements is 60% in Xth, XIIth, graduation, and masters. Aptitudes are performed, GDs are conducted, and even mock interviews are held.
