IILM Graduate School of Management Reviews on Placements, Faculty & Facilities ,Greater Noida

Placements: Around 60 to 70% of the students got placed from college. The highest salary package offered was of 19 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was of 4.5 LPA. As far as the internship is concerned, almost all students got their internships in our batch, but many of them have opted for the internship on their own. So can't say that college has secured full marks for the internship as well.

Placements: Around 90% of the students got placed on campus. The highest salary package offered was 9 LPA. Companies like Whirlpool, Cafe Coffee Beverage, Future group, ICICI Bank, TCI, and Loreal came with good salary packages. For internship Bluestar, Asahi India Glass Ltd, Sony, Future Group came with the good learning programme. Overall, the college needs more good brands for further campus recruitment.

Placements: Good Placement opportunity for the students who are interested in marketing, mainly in sales. A wide range of companies like Byju's, Oyo, Metro Cash and Carry, HDFC bank, Naukri etc. Comes for final Placement. Avg. CTC is 4-5 lacs. Placements: Placements for our senior batch are going on, and till now, 70% of the batch got placed. The internship process for our batch is going on, and 90% of them are placed till now. Companies that visit the campus are average, and very few reputed companies are invited. They also conduct pool campus drives.

Placements: Although most of the students have been placed, the average package has dropped this year. A few students still left unplaced. The main problem with the college is with its incompetent management. Although they have good faculty members, they give less importance to soft skills. Placements: Placements in our college are average because it is a developing college. However, it has very good alumni connect. It's a very good educational institution, and it has recently completed its 25 years. The average salary package offered is 4-5 LPA. The highest salary package offered is 13 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. The college is comparatively good among other B-schools across Delhi NCR. But as we know, it is not in comparison with premium business schools.

Placements: Placements in our college were great. I got placed in Barclays, and I'm happy with my job since then. Lots of reputed MNCs visited the campus for placements and hired a few super talented students from our college. There's lots of competition during placements as we compete with the students of 2 other campuses of IILM.

Some of the companies that visit our campus are Amazon, CCD, Airtel, Gartner, KPMG, Grail Research, WNS, Loreal etc. The average salary package offered is 6-8 LPA. The highest salary package offered is 15 LPA by Amazon.

Placements: Placements in the college are good, but if you are prepared, you can easily crack jobs in companies like Amazon, Colgate, Zycus, Del Monte, Deloitte and Gartner Financial Services. CDC helps students in group discussions, personal interviews, and aptitude test. The average salary package offered here is 6 LPA to 7 LPA.

Placements: Placements in our college are very good for every field, be it marketing, finance or HR. The average salary package offered was around 8 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 4 LPA. The highest salary package offered was 15 LPA. Until now, almost half of the batch got placed, and the placement process is still going on.

Placements: In my opinion, the placements of the college are average, and most of the seniors are placed in good companies. Others are placed in average companies, and from last year, this college's placements are going down because the placement cell has been changed.

The package will also be best for this types of college, but it is depended upon the student's performance in front of the interviewers.
