Placements: Placements at our institute happen as per the day slot and on a rolling basis. The main highlights of placements at IIM Kashipur are the versatile roles that are offered to students in various fields such as banking, marketing, sales, HR, operations, etc. The batch of 2015-17 had the highest package of 54 lacs for an international role and the highest domestic package was 24 lacs. Placements: It has been going well as compared to other 11th commission IIMs. The highest domestic salary goes more than 25 LPA and the international salary goes more than 53 LPA. Over the years, the institute has seen growth in placements and companies visiting the campus. Summer internships are also good with many people getting PPOs and PPIs for final placement from the organizations where they were working as an intern.

Companies such as BPCL, Azure Power, Havells, HDFC, Hero Motocorp, Infosys, etc., visit our campus for placements. All students get placed for the summer internship through campus. There is a fully functional placement committee.
