Yes, IIM Ranchi will be accepting IPMAT scores for admission to the course. The admission process comprises of three stages as mentioned below:

• Shortlisting for PI process: A preliminary selection will be made from the pool of applicants, consisting of candidates who qualify for the Personal Interview (PI) stage for admission to the IPM course at IIM Ranchi. This initial shortlist will be solely determined by the performance of applicants in IPMAT (administered by IIM Indore).
• Personal Interview Round: The Personal Interview round of shortlisted candidates will be conducted virtually by IIM Ranchi.
• Final admission offers: The final admission offers are made based on a Consolidated merit list (CML) that comprises of following components:

For admission to its different programs, the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ranchi, used a merit-based selection procedure. The CAT also serves as the entrance exam for the MBA-HR and MBA in Business Analytics programmes offered by the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ranchi.

Aspirants can join the IIM Ranchi IPM course after class 12. It is full time 5-year integrated course comprising Undergraduate and postgraduate management programmes (BBA-MBA). At the completion of IPM students will be awarded an MBA degree. 

• For admission at IIM Ranchi in IPM, candidates are required to appear for the IPMAT examination followed by PI round which will be conducted virtually by IIM Ranchi.
• The total fees for the first three years of the programme will be around INR 16 lakh.The fees for the next two years will be equal to the MBA programme fees set for that year. 
• The programme is designed to provide a multidisciplinary foundation borrowing from Humanities, Social Sciences, Arts, and Sciences. The programme’s cross-disciplinary business core builds on such a foundation. It comprehensively covers management, marketing, accounting, finance, economics, information systems, data science, and strategic management.

Candidates are required to take the Common Admission Test (CAT) to gain admission to the flagship programme, MBA in General Management, at IIM Ranchi. The CAT also serves as the entrance exam for the MBA-HR and MBA in Business Analytics programmes offered by the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ranchi. To proceed with the admission process, candidates must meet the sectional cutoff and overall cutoff. Once they achieve the necessary CAT percentile, the shortlisted candidates will be notified of the specific dates for their Personal Interviews.

For admission to the Executive MBA programme of IIM Ranchi, candidates have to go through the Personal Interview (PI) process only, the candidate must have at least 5 years of full-time work experience to be eligible for this programme.

No, candidates who have filled out the CAT form are not required to fill out any other form for IIM Ranchi. 

• The candidate can select which IIM he/she wants to apply for during the form-filling process.
• The CAT score will be sent to all the IIMs selected by the candidate and then the IIMs will shortlist the candidate based on that score.
• If the candidate qualifies for the CAT cutoff, he/she will receive an email from the IIMs regarding the further process.
• CAT forms are available on its official site iimcat.ac.in from August till September of that particular year and the exam is conducted in the month of November.

IIM Ranchi has not released the minimum cutoff requirement for the IPM program. IIM Ranchi is renowned for its IPM (Integrated Programme in Management), which is an integrated 5-year programme that comprises BBA and MBA. Students after Class 12 can join the IPM by appearing for the IPMAT examination. The minimum CAT percentile for IIM Ranchi is around 93. The percentile may ranges between 40 to 75 for the categories such as NC-OBC, ST, SC, etc. Candidate a must qualify the CAT exam to get admission to the MBA programme.
