Placements: Our college has a 100% placement record in both final placements and summer internships. Students are even offered with a few international offers. A healthy combination of companies from each domain visit the campus for placements. Roles in consulting, government advisory, business development, financial management, risk management, sales and marketing research were a few of the roles offered to the students of IIM, Sambalpur during their summer internships and final placements.

Everyone can get a summer internship too. The summer internship recruitment is just started, but many of the students are already placed.

Placements: The average placements of my senior batch were quite good. The highest salary package offered was around 60 LPA, and the average package offered was around 11 LPA. The prominent recruiters were Accenture, Cognizant, and much more. Everyone got placed in the roles they wanted in the internships.
