Good college and nice halls.
Placements: Almost the whole college gets placed. The highest package was around 1.8 cr. I'm not really sure about the lowest, though. Top recruiters are Google, Kepler Canon, Amazon, and Microsoft. Around 40 percent get internships. In my course, placements are quite low, but it's nice.
Infrastructure: Hostels are very bad. Hostels are known as halls. There are some halls, like: Rajendra Prasad Mammal of residence Radhakrishnan Hall of Residence Megnath Sahahall of Residence Azadhall of residence Nehru Hall of Residence Patel Hall of Residence And hjb and jcb.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful. Teachers are very interactive. Teachers are very handsome. Teachers are very cute. Teachers are very enthusiastic. Teachers are very enterprising. Course relevancy is very good, but Sandeep Saha is a bad teacher; he just yaps all the time.

Dream college for every JEE aspirant, having the largest campus with every possible facility.
Placements: 90% of students in my course were placed. The highest package is around 54 LPA, the lowest 14 LPA, and the average is 22 LPA. Top companies include Google, Qualcomm, and many more. 50% of students got internships for SDE roles. Almost all students get placed. Lots of opportunities are available on campus to grow our skills. There are many societies and clubs available for lots of experiences.
Infrastructure: Facilities are really good. Wi-Fi is available all over the campus. Classrooms and labs are well maintained. We have Asia's one of the largest technology libraries. A night canteen is available in every hostel. We can play any sport, all are available. The food quality is also good.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and highly qualified. Teachers solve our doubts properly. In the labs, they help us a lot. The recommendations from teachers help in getting internships as well. Semester exams are above a moderate level, and the pass percentage is more than 90%.
Other: I have an interest in electronics, so I chose this course. Lots of events happen in the college. Tech Fest and Springs Fest are awesome. There are so many scholarships available. Every kind of extracurricular activity is available.

IIT of joy - IIT Kharagpur.
Placements: As per last year's statistics, 68.75% of students get placed with the highest and minimum package of 33 and 8.5 Lacs, respectively. The average package was 17.96 lacs, and the median package was 16.50 lacs. Companies like Nestle, Britannia, etc. come every year for placements. Approximately 30 to 40% % students get internships in companies like Nestle, Britannia, etc.
Infrastructure: IIT KGP has great infrastructure with all facilities; my department has AC classrooms with modern projectors to teach. Wi-Fi is available on the whole campus, and at the same time, library facilities are also good. We have a central library that has all the useful books. Free bus and medical services are provided inside the campus. The hostel provides all required facilities, including sports, proper electricity supply, furniture, etc. But mess food is below average.
Faculty: All teachers are helpful; you approach them first and are well qualified. A few teachers are involved in some research. They thought so as well. Yes, the curriculum is relevant for my industry but a little modification is required. Marking is relatively new, so their are no fixed passing criteria. Their are two major exams in a semester, mid-semester and end-semester. Some courses are very tough and some are medium. Overall, the semester is above average.
Other: I chose this course because it is related to my culture and I was looking for the top 5 IITs while counseling and as per my rank, I got this. The best thing about this course is that it is not a loaded branch, so we can get a lot of free time to skill up ourselves. A new and advanced farming method should be thought of. Various events and extra activities happen yearly, like Malhar, NSSC, shaurya, Indian case challenge, etc. Two major festivals—Kshitij, a technical fest and Springs Fest—happen in January every year.

Great course in a good college.
Placements: Almost 80-90 percent of students are placed. The rest either go for higher studies or don't sit for placements. The highest salary goes to around 70-90 LPA, the lowest around 5-10 LPA, and the average is around 25 LPA. Top recruiting companies include Texas Instruments, Nvidia, and Amazon, etc. About 50 percent get internships, and the companies are the same as the recruiting ones. Top roles offered are software engineer, electrical engineer, etc.
Infrastructure: We are in the Electrical Department, which has its own infrastructure. We do have campus Wi-Fi, a library with books in all fields, and great classrooms and labs. The quality of food varies from hall to hall, but it is decent in all. We have all the sports grounds and free medical facilities.
Faculty: Almost all the teachers are helpful and well-qualified. All professors are masters of their courses. The course curriculum was updated this year, making students industry-ready. Some courses' semester exams are tough, while some are easy. Almost everyone passes the exams.
Other: Events and fests are organised throughout the year which are fun. You won't get bored here.

Brilliant infrastructure and campus life.
Placements: Placements were really good and the package offered to students was quite impressive. The maximum package offered was 30 Lacs, and the average package size was 14 Lacs per annum. Internships were available for students in every semester and above 75% of students got placements from the campus. The placement cell is very responsive.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is very good, and the hostel premises have an amazing environment. All types of facilities like Wi-Fi, well-equipped labs with computers, modern architecture, and all other facilities were provided to students. Sports and medical facilities were also available for the students.
Faculty: Faculty at IIT Kharagpur were well-educated and sophisticated, but they were quite rude towards the students and didn't help them with their problems regarding the curriculum. Teaching quality is good, but students need to purchase extra courses for qualifying exams. Semester examinations are tough, and questions are application-based.

A brief review of IIT Kharagpur.
Placements: In my course, 4 year B.Teach Aerospace Engineering, 38% of the total students got the placement. The highest package was 19.6 Lacs per annum and the lowest was 3 Lacs per annum. Top recruiting companies were Microsoft, American Express, Air India, Zomato, Flipkart and many others. Among 4 year B.Teach students, 38% of the students got placements and among 5 year dual degree (B.Teach + M.Teach), 50% of the students got the placements.
Infrastructure: All facilities are excellent, like the Wi-Fi speed, labs, and classrooms are big in size, and our campus has Asia's the largest digital library. The quality of hostel facilities is good. There are many hostels inside the campus and all hostels have different facilities. Some hostels have good rooms and other facilities but the mess food may be average and some hostels have average rooms and facilities but excellent mess food. This is because the hostel feels the same for all students. Our campus has its own hospital for medical treatment.
Faculty: All teaching staff are Ph.D. graduates and all of them have good experiences in teaching. Most of the courses are curriculum relevant and we should also study some courses that are irrelevant to the course. It makes students perfect engineers by their excellent curriculum and teaching and makes students ready for the industry. There are 3 types of exams conducted here, majorly mid-semester exams, class tests and end-semester exams. Exams are very difficult here. Pass percentage is very irregular but most of the time it is above 70%. .
Other: Rocket, space shuttle, and the study of space have fascinated me since I was a child. So I wanted to become an aerospace engineer and work at ISRO for India. The best thing about the course is that it increases our chances of getting a job at ISRO or any space center you wish to work at. Everything is good but if they removed irrelevant courses from the curriculum, it would be better. There are many fests held in our colleges and 2 major fests are held at the end of January every year; they are the fest and the Kshitij (technological fest). And there are many other events held here. The campus is rich in greenery and all the working staff and students are kind and helpful.
