College is good if you want to explore your capabilities.

Placements: They don't provide equal opportunities for every branch. Mostly companies came for CS IT, EC, BT. But for CE, not even single-core company came. They should bring more core companies rather than marketing and sales companies. I believe it's not about placement percentage, it is about providing favourable opportunities to students.

Good college for CS and IT.

Placements: There is no good placement for mechanical engineering. But there's is a good placement for CS and IT field. TCS and other companies recruit the students. There are many activities for placement and camp placement for students. Mechanical Engineer and civil engineering department are the wrong option to pursue in this college.

Hostel and Extra activities in college is not good at all .

Placements: In CS branch almost every student is placed. The average package of College is 4.00 Lacs per annum. But rather than CS and IT and Biotechnology branch the placement is low. Mechanical and Civil branch have the lowest placement. Top companies visited my college is TCS, Wipro, etc.

A student college life in IMSEC.

Placements: Currently, I'm in 4th year of my course and 60 to 65 percent students are placed from my batch. The highest package offered is of 8 LPA and the lowest would be around 2.4 LPA. Talking about the average package, companies have offered a 3.5 LPA to the students. Students are placed in many companies like TCS, INFOSYS, MNC's and many startup companies also.

The college is good at academics but bad at accommodations.

Placements: About 15% of students in our course got placement. The salary package offered ranges between 2.25-4.8 LPA in core companies. The salary package offered is 10 LPA in marketing firms. Companies like NTT, Torrent Power, Wipro, Byju's, etc., visit our campus for placements. Majority of the roles like client dealing or embedded engineer are offered for the students. Almost 100% of students completed their internships from various PSUs or government companies. There is nothing to do with the departme...

We had the best faculty members in all four years.

Placements: From the CS department, nearly every student got an internship, i.e., about 90% of the students got industrial training in companies like Nasscom, HCL and in different companies. Every year this placement rate is constant, and every student gets high-level training from good trainers.

Good faculty, infrastructure but slightly dissatisfied with the placements.

Placements: In the year 2018, around 70% of students were placed and offered an avg salary of around 3.68 Lac. As the market condition was not good especially of mechanical engineers, so many students opted for higher studies and government. Job preparations. Overall placement is not so good in Mechanical, civil and electrical engineering but in CS IT, the numbers are good. For CS IT many companies like TCS, Infosys, HCL, Ericsson etc comes for placements and the good thing is they consider all branches for...

Absolutely satisfied with the college because of good faculty and good placements in the year 2019.

Placements: The placement cell CDC was highly focused on providing all placement opportunities for all the students. Almost every big MNC visit the campus, and the placement record of CSE branch was very good. Almost 180 students out of 240 got placed in different MNCs and other high package offering companies.

It is a decent college with good placement opportunities.

Placements: The placement cell of the college was good during my tenure. A lot of reputed companies visited, and a considerable amount of students got placed with decent salary packages. The placement cell also organised aptitude classes for the students to be prepared for the written test of the companies visiting the college campus. They also played a great role in informing students about all the off-campus drive.

Good faculty, but the hostel services very bad. Don't expect internal marks from this college.

Placements: Packages offered are average, but the placements are good. Information technology and computer science departments have good placement opportunities, but other departments don't have as high as them.

It is a good college with average placements and infrastructure.

Placements: Placements in our college were good. Almost 80% of the students were placed, and some were also placed in top tech giants. The college was very serious about placement activities and was able to manage them fabulously. The highest salary package offered was 6 LPA which was very good from top B-schools. The average salary package offered was 2.5-3 LPA. The placement cell is very active, and they have a good tie-up with different companies. Last year, the placements were good.

Placements: In 2019, our senior batches have been placed in various companies like McLeod Pharmacy, Amazon, JP Mitra, Hysel India, and many more, and a few companies are yet to visit IMS Engineering College to recruit biotechnology students. The average salary package offered is around 4.50 LPA, and the students are placed both in sales as well as core sectors of the companies. Placements are not good for mechanical and civil, faculty are average, and infrastructure is good.

Placements: Placements in college are good for CS IT, EN, and EC branches. But placements for mechanical and civil branches are bad as not more than 1 or 2 companies visit for their placements. The highest salary package offered to the CS branch was 6 lacs per annum last year. There is a placement cell in college which provides average service.

Good placements, average infrastructure and faculty members.

Placements: The placements are good in 2018 as compared to 2017. Most of the students in CSE got placed with an average salary package of 3.20 LPA. At least 10 to 13 companies visited the campus for placements, and it is still counting. The placement cell is useful, and they have taken extra lectures to prepare us for placements.
