Fantastic to improve your career.
Placements: IARE is one of the top 5 colleges in India for placements, with a record of placing over 1400 students per batch. The highest package offered was 51 lpa, and other packages were in the 80 lpa and 52 lpa ranges. Companies that hire from IARE include Juspay, Autodesk, and Microsoft. Graduates are placed in software engineering, cybersecurity, data engineering, and other fields.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure at IARE is good. The classrooms and labs are well-equipped, and the Wi-Fi is very fast. The library has everything that we need to study, and the hostel and canteen are great. But the best thing about IARE is that it is a very safe and secure environment. The management does a great job of providing high security, which helps to prevent ragging and other illegal activities.
Faculty: The faculty at this college are top-notch. They include deans and professors who hold PhDs. They take good care of the students and help them improve their knowledge and skills. Students can get ready for internships by completing their second year. The college has two departments, R&D and TIIC, that are highly interested in innovation, discovery, and startup ideas. The semester exams are usually tough, but the classes are easy to understand because they use smart education, which includes presentations on TV and writing on boards. The pass percentage in our department is very high, around 85%.
Other: I chose this course because I wanted to build my career in both IT and cybersecurity. After landing at this college, I joined several clubs that helped me make a change in my career. I really enjoyed my time here.

IARE is a way to get a successful career.
Placements: Around 80% of students got placed in the CSE course. The highest salary package offered in our course is 20 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 6.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Accenture, Amazon, Capgemini, Cognizant, IBM, etc. Around 80% got internships at Wipro, Infosys, and Tech Mahindra. Roles offered are software developer, data analyst, web designer, and AI designer.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is well-defined and good with digitalised classrooms with Wi-Fi, computer labs, and a well-stocked library. The hostel maintenance is very good with homely and tasty food. The food in the canteen is also very nice and affordable. There is a 24X7 dispensary. Sports are held once a week.
Faculty: Teachers for our course are highly qualified, professional, and knowledgeable. Their teaching way is the best. Semester exams are conducted very strictly. There will be 3 invigilators per 1 room and a checking squad. Students studying in this college can become perfect for jobs. They are ready for the industry.
Other: I chose this course because I want to become a software developer and web designer. Events are held once a week. The crowd and campus life are very nice.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of placements and faculty.
Placements: In our course, the placement rate is quite low. The highest package offered is 9 LPA. The lowest package is 3.8 and average package is 4lpa. Accenture stands out as one of the top recruiting companies for our course. Additional other prominent companies like Zscaler also actively recruit from our pool of graduates. Regrading internships, less than 20% of students from our course secured internships in companies like Accenture and Zscaler, indicating the competitive nature. The top roles offered are primarily associate software developed.
Infrastructure: The computer labs are okay, with many years old pcs. Operable. Wi-Fi is not available everywhere inside the campus, and with also very slow speed connection, Classrooms are okay, equipped with TVs and glass boards. Canteen food is also up to the mark, medical facilities are available. Do not expect any outdoor games as there is no ground, only the indoor games and gym is available.
Faculty: Teachers are not helpful and not skillful as far as I observed. They do not even properly read out the PPT. And not knowledgeable. The teaching quality is not satisfactory. Few course subjects are outdated and overall useful subjects and which does not make students industry ready. The semester exams are not that hard but needs some effort to clear. The pass percentage is 80+.
Other: The campus is very small. There are too many students and always crowded everywhere. There are some extra curricular activities once a year.

Infrastructure and placement are really good.
Placements: As a student of the batch of 2022, at least 70% of the students were placed. The highest salary was 28 lacs, the lowest was 4 lacs, and the average was 7 lacs. The top recruiting company was Accenture. The top roles offered in my course were software as well as electronics engineer.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure are above average. Wi-Fi facilities are available all around the campus. The classrooms are clean, and the laboratories are well-equipped. The canteen food is very good. There is an ambulance always ready, but sports facilities are minimal.
Faculty: All the teachers have Ph.D.s and are masters qualified. They are knowledgeable, and the curriculum makes the students industry-ready. The semester exams are not that difficult. The pass percentage should be above 60%. Regarding the teaching quality, most teachers just read out the presentations prepared by them.
Other: I chose electronics because I liked it.

Good faculty and infrastructure but bit disappointed with placement.
Placements: Around 20–25% of students are placed in my college. The highest salary offered is 12 LPA, and the lowest is 2 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Infosys, Capgemini, TCS, etc. Almost every student completed their internship in accordance with their curriculum. The top role offered in my course is design engineer.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure that are available in my department are really good. They provide WiFi, classrooms, a library, and more. The quality of the facilities in our hostel is great, especially the food. The quality of the food in the mess and canteen is also great.
Faculty: The teachers were very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The course curriculum was relevant and prepared me for the industry. The pass percentage in our college was 99% every semester. The faculty were very friendly and supportive, and they provided excellent guidance.
Other: I chose this course because I am interested in studying aeronautical engineering, especially the aerodynamics and flight efficiency of aircraft. I would like to improve the course by providing real-time animation for students to enhance their understanding of the material.

I am not satisfied with the regulations that the college is maintaining.
Placements: The placement percentage at our college is not as expected, which is below 50% and there are some conditions that effect some students. The college itself gives placements to the students only who pay a placement assistance fee, and the students who do not pay it are not eligible for any meetings, training, hackathons, or mainly campus interviews.
Infrastructure: It's well designed and has good infrastructure inside and there are Wi-Fi hubs at every class, but they will not work well all the time. The library is accessible only after college hours, which is not going to work properly. I will rate 3.5 for hostel food, as the taste is good.
Faculty: The best thing is the faculty; they try their best to improve the outcomes of students. The course curriculum is relevant but there are no faculty for some special branches like AIML, IOT, DATA Science, etc. Some lecturers will try out all the stuff on the internet and in books, whereas others will not even try to teach general stuff.
