Institute of Aeronautical Engineering Final Placement 2021
The final placement session at Institute of Aeronautical Engineering for the session 2021 was consistent with more than 75% students getting placed in various reputed firms. The Placement and Training (PAT) cell of the college plays an important role in building the career of aspiring engineers enabling them to polish their skills so as to reach their desired goals.
Out of the total batch of 1157 students, a total of 980 students were eligible and hence participated in the final placements with 1371 job offers in various industry giants. The highest package offered for this year was INR 14 LPA.

A perfect college for B.Tech.
Placements: Placements are very good in our college. The average salary package offered is 5 LPA. All students get placed. Many students get placed with the highest salary packages. The PAT team is very supportive and helps us to reach placements by giving helpful and good training.
Infrastructure: The hostel is very good. It provides delicious food. Hygiene is maintained in cooking. The food is provided at any time in the hostel. The menu is designed perfectly. Every item is unlimited and has good taste. Rooms are also well-maintained and cleaned regularly.
Faculty: Faculty members are very good and well-educated. They are very supportive and helpful. The curriculum is very well-designed and easy to learn. Exams are well-organised. Standard questions are given in the semester. Marks are provided for well-written answers only. Everything is perfectly balanced.

Absolutely satisfied because of faculty, good placements in every year, really good infrasture etc.
Placements: The highest salary package for students who got below 25000 rank in Eapcet was 51LPA, the lowest was 3LPA, and the average was 4.5LPA. The top companies that recruited for my course are Juspay, Microsoft, Infosys, Zscaler, and Accenture. Students got internships from reputed companies like Microsoft, Zscaler, and others. There are many roles available, including developer.
Infrastructure: The college has the best infrastructure among all other colleges. They provide all the necessary facilities, like wifi, laboratories, and libraries. They also provide guidance classes for learners who want to start their own business. The hostel has good quality food, medical facilities, and sports and games.
Faculty: Te faculty at this college are brilliant, knowledgeable, and helpful. Their teaching quality is the best, and the course curriculum is relevant and makes students industry-ready. The pass percentage is above 80%, and there is nothing too difficult about the course because the faculty is so well-structured.
Other: I chose this course because I believe that wherever there is development, there is technology. So, it is important to study about the latest technology trends. However, I think the course could be improved by removing some unnecessary subjects in the first year. Also, there are not enough events, fests, and campus crowd, and the connectivity to campus could be improved.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of placements and faculty.
Placements: In our course, the placement rate is quite low. The highest package offered is 9 LPA. The lowest package is 3.8 and average package is 4lpa. Accenture stands out as one of the top recruiting companies for our course. Additional other prominent companies like Zscaler also actively recruit from our pool of graduates. Regrading internships, less than 20% of students from our course secured internships in companies like Accenture and Zscaler, indicating the competitive nature. The top roles offered are primarily associate software developed.
Infrastructure: The computer labs are okay, with many years old pcs. Operable. Wi-Fi is not available everywhere inside the campus, and with also very slow speed connection, Classrooms are okay, equipped with TVs and glass boards. Canteen food is also up to the mark, medical facilities are available. Do not expect any outdoor games as there is no ground, only the indoor games and gym is available.
Faculty: Teachers are not helpful and not skillful as far as I observed. They do not even properly read out the PPT. And not knowledgeable. The teaching quality is not satisfactory. Few course subjects are outdated and overall useful subjects and which does not make students industry ready. The semester exams are not that hard but needs some effort to clear. The pass percentage is 80+.
Other: The campus is very small. There are too many students and always crowded everywhere. There are some extra curricular activities once a year.

A top 10 college in Telangana with excellent placements.
Placements: The college has a good placement record, with a senior student from CSE recently securing a package of 51 LPA. The highest package for the ECE group is 17 LPA. Good companies have started recruiting from this year, and the college is known for its excellence in placements.
Infrastructure: The college consists of three main blocks: APJ Abdul Kalam Block, Bharadwaja Block, and one other block. The infrastructure is of good quality, with each classroom equipped with a TV and marker board. The IT park is excellent for the computer lab, and the college provides a wide range of other well-equipped labs.
Faculty: The faculty at IARE College is well-trained and holds PhDs in their respective fields. The current regulation followed is BT 23, which includes 40 marks for internal assessments and 60 marks for the semester exam. The college is autonomous and follows its own set of regulations.

Satisfied with college placements and dissatisfied with faculty and infrastructure.
Placements: There is a separate course called PAT (Placement and Training) through which every student of the batch is guaranteed placement. The highest package is around 54 LPA, the lowest is 3.5 LPA, and the average package is between 5-6 LPA. Top recruiting companies include Microsoft, Amazon, and sometimes TCS. Around 70% of students get internships at companies like Deloitte, Accenture, and more. The CSE and ECE branches are the most targeted. Top roles offered include front-end development.
Infrastructure: The college has 6 blocks, each with 5 floors. One block is dedicated to innovation and incubation, one is for the IT park, and one is for Placement and Training. Other blocks are for classrooms and labs. The hostel is good, and the food is also decent, with fees for the hostel this year at 1.1 lakh per annum. However, the college lacks a ground due to legal issues, meaning there are no sports or other activities, which significantly impacts students.
Faculty: The faculty are good and possess strong teaching skills with many advanced degrees. They support innovation and incubation but some are rude to students and indifferent to their personal lives. The courses are good but do not adequately prepare students for the industry. Exams are conducted three times a semester: Mid 1, Mid 2, and semester-end exams. For labs, there are internal and external assessments.
Other: I chose this course because I am passionate about core subjects and prefer core over software. I feel there should be improvements in faculty and changes in regulations. The college organizes three fests a year, but there are no extracurricular activities. The campus is easily accessible from the city with many public transport options.

Infrastructure: Hostel facility not available but, another college's hostel facility will be given to this college students, hostel food is good, gym available, sports available, and daily gym will be free, study hours available but not strictly held you can enjoyy every where, total enjoyment
