If you are looking for knowledge then this college is not meant for it! Faculty is very poor, student don’t have any knowledge. Primary focus of this college is to run the shop (college) no matter what. During exams students have complete authority to cheat in open and no one can raise a finger on them. Placement is very poor. How this college received the certification from AICTE amazes me. They are all corrupted and involved, ruining the life of students.
The college has a good record of placement in basic companies like Infosys, TCS, CTS etc., and very few placements in good companies, even when the market is good. In my time, the campus placement was only 40%. The college is very small in infrastructure with no playground and the quality of teachers is poor too. Except a few, all teachers are there as a formality. The instruments in the labs are as old as 10 years. There are restrictions with timings. The college always gives false promises.
got some valid and usefull knowledge...which is helpfull now... some of the fears was driven out by our respected teachers... and motivated us to cope in any kind of environment.... activities which was not there in syllbus was also taken ..eg=trade fair,semenar, campus was excellent,with friends and faculty....... friendly environment and supportive teachers........
Placements: Top recruiters are TCS, Cognizant and Wipro. I am a student in the mechanical engineering department. Only our department has very poor placements. If you are joining this college for placements, then I suggest taking CS and IT branches. Otherwise, you have to strive hard for placements. You won't get highly paid jobs here.
Placements: I am currently in 3rd year, so I haven't faced the placements yet. But do not get good vibes as before the placements the authorities are imposing everything to be compulsory and mandatory (attending seminars, fests, etc.). Failing which we might get debarred from placements.
