Placements are very good, and it provides 100% placements.

Placements: Almost 100% of the students from our course got placed. The highest salary package offered in our course is 12 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 5 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA. TCS is the main company which offered more than 300 jobs. Companies like Infosys, IBM, Amazon and many-core companies visited our college for placements. Top roles like developer and coder are offered to the students. About 80% of students got an internship in various companies in India...

The college provides opportunities for students, and I am satisfied with this college.

Placements: Placements in our college are good as compared to other private colleges and government colleges of West Bengal. If you are from CSE, IT and ECE branches, you will get placed as most of the companies visiting our college are technology companies. If you are from other departments like EEE, mechanical and EE branches, then focus on GATE and other exams for better job opportunities.

There is no feeling as of college.

Placements: As of now, many companies have come and gave job opportunities to as many as 150+ students from my branch, Information Technology. Notable companies are NRI Fintech, Ernst and Young, Tata Consultancy Services and many more. Actually I do not have much knowledge about this right now. Internship, one has to apply oneself from outside like Internshala or something.

The college had good placement but very bad infrastructure.

Placements: Placement of the college is pretty good. This college is known for its placement. Placements of EEE, CS ECE and IT students are about 80 to 90% where EE and ME students have slightly lower placement percentage. The average salary package of the college is 6 to 7 LPA.

Many new and modern teachings techniques should be adopted to make the subject more interesting.

Placements: Placements of our batch were up to the par. Almost 95% of the students were placed in Marketing. There were no placements in HR and finance domains. Companies like PWC, Vivo, CCD, Future Group, TCS, CCD, etc., visited the campus for recruitment. The college provides summer internships to all the students, which provides immense learning and exposure to the industry for freshers.

Everything is good except the campus life.

Placements: IEM is only known for its placements. Lots of MNCs visit the college for placements and provide plenty of opportunities for students. The placement cell of IEM is very active and helps students in their placements. The average salary package offered is about 3 to 4 LPA.

IEM is a brand known for placements, though 100% placements is a myth.

Placements: Placement is the main motto of our institute. But the main problem is UEM is in the plot. UEM is IEM's own university. So definitely the management gives much more preference to the university. The placement scenario is not that good this year because UEM students are getting much more advantages than us. As a final year student, I can say 100% placements is a myth. There are no 100% placements. But the placement scenario is good when compared to many other private colleges.

Really good placement. Fee is really very low.

Placements: College placement is very nice. Almost all students got placement in recent year. The avg. Package is about 4.5 lac/year. Two of the students in ECE dept (2012-2016 batch) got 15.5 lac/year (which is also the highest package till now). There is a placement cell in our college. Every department has its own placement head whose duty is to increase the potential of student so that they get place. The only problem is not many big companies come to this college, but core companies visit this college ...

Infrastructure is average. The quality of professors and teaching is good. Good placement in 2018.

Placements: The placement procedure was subtle, and we all were trained by our college from months before to get accustomed to the placement procedures. The highest salary offered was 16 LPA, by Adobe 16 LPA. The lowest salary 3 LPA, was offered by CTS 3 LPA. Companies like Adobe, TCS, CTS, soft link, Sankalp semiconductors visited the campus. Job roles offered are mostly assistant software engineers. 60% of the students got placed. The college has a very efficient placement cell.

IEM is good if you want a decent job but you will not have a campus life.

Placements: If your salary expectations are less then you will land up with a decent job in hand. Majority of the students get placed in service based companies with a package of 3-4 lacs per annum. A job in product based company from the campus is very rare. Major recruiters here are TCS, Wipro, Cognizant.

The college is worth the money, but dissatisfied with the faculty, and average placements.

Placements: Students of IEM mostly get IT jobs. Core companies like Voltas, Bluestar, Paharpoor Cooling Tower, etc., do visit our college and offer students with an average package of 3 to 3.5 Lacs per annum. Companies that recruit CSE and IT students are TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, NRI FinTech, these companies visit the college with the package of 4 to 5 Lacs per annum. Overall, the placements are average.

Worth the money college, don't expect too much.

Placements: Placement is not so luring, but for deserving folks, nothing can stop them either. Being in the middle of the software hub, companies such as TCS, wipro, CTS, infosys and all major recruiters visit here for placements. Some high paying software as well as electronic companies also visits for some 10-20 hard-toiled candidates. Overall placements record is something in between 60-70.

Placements: The well known college for it's placement. Here in this college the placement is near about 100 percent. The whole curriculum is based on MAKAUT university. IEM has good corporate relation. Every year the placement season starts from the month of August or September. Near about 6k to 7k students sit for the placement. Good place if just getting a job is your only motto!

Placements: In 2013 batch, 99% got placed, in 2014 97% got placed, in our batch as well 96% got placed, there is no doubt about getting placed in mass recruitment companies as Trainee Engineer. The lowest salary was 2 LPA whereas the highest salary was 9PLA. 10% got exposure to internship though, mainly in web development. The highest stipend 15k, the lowest 4k, and average was 5k. There is a placement cell but not of much use. They can only bring mass recruiter like TCS and no product companies or startup...

Institute of engineering and management reviewed.

Placements: Like all other colleges, even this college claims to have 100%placements. Over the years, the same has also been validated. If you are looking out for CSE and IT departments, this is probably one of the most prominent colleges in eastern india and is highly recommended if you are looking for a job only after completing college. This year as per knowledge, the highest package is from CSE and is of 40lakhs.
