The 2015 era was great with top-notch faculty, but now the college is more focused on collecting fee

Placements: About 65%-75% is required for placement opportunities. The highest salary package offered is 15 LPA. Companies like TCS and Chetu mostly visit our college for recruitment. For placements, a score of 75 and above is preferred. AI, ML, and Cybersecurity are the top courses that our college focuses on. Later, students are left to try themselves in terms of preparation for placements. Companies do visit, but many students are not prepared for industry-specific roles.

Reminiscing is what you will do after you get out; good placement is what you will remember.

Placements: Placements for CSE include a median of 4 Lacs, with max placements being 21 Lacs on campus. As far as off-campus scenes are concerned, students crack a package of even 1 crore. For all circuital branches, very few companies visit on campus, but major of these branches are allowed to sit for IT placements for their CGPA being above 8.0. For core, there's not much scope from this college. Don't know why people graduate from branches like Civil and Chemical.

Decent college for students with not so great rank.

Placements: In our college, the placement statistics are average—not so great, not so bad. The average package is 6-7 LPA, and major recruiters include companies like TATA, WIPRO, ADOBE, Byju's, and others. The highest package of all time was 44 LPA on campus, but this year in 2024, the highest on-campus package was only 16 LPA. Students sometimes get good internships in companies like Google and Microsoft, but for that, you have to work really hard on your skills.

Review of IET Lucknow AKTU college.

Placements: The placement of CSE branches is very good; almost every eligible student of CSE gets placed but the placement scenario for the core branches is not the same. Most of the students of the core branch mainly focus on the government exam and competitive exams like GATE, IET, and SSC.

IET college for innovative minds.

Placements: Our college offers many courses like B.Tech, MBA, and MCA, with the college being particularly famous for B.Tech. Mostly software companies like Hummingwave, TCS, Volvo, Infosys, etc., are coming, making it better for CSE courses. For core branches, some companies are coming, and many students from core are preparing for the GATE exam. The average package is 8.2 LPA.

This college is good only for someone who can't afford any other colleges.

Placements: Very few companies visit the college, and few get selected by the college placement. The main reason is that the college is not making them placement-ready. Hostel facilities are good for both boys and girls; various food items are provided, and there is variety in food.

As it is a government college, the course fee is affordable and reasonable.

Placements: Students become eligible from the 3rd semester in the case of a 2-year program, and for a 4-year program like B.Tech., they become eligible in the 7th semester. Placements in Byju's, Unacademy, Paytm, IBM, WIPRO, etc. are available; the average package is 10 lakh per annum, and the highest package is around 24 lakhs per annum. Placement drives take place regularly.

IET Lucknow Life and Experience.

Placements: For placements, don’t expect much from the college. CSE students get an average package of 8-9 LPA, but placements are very poor for other branches. Core branch students focus on cracking GATE exams, with many securing single-digit or double-digit ranks each year. Top companies like Google, Facebook, and Amazon do not visit the campus, but students have found jobs based on their hard work. While most students get placed, the package for core branches is around 3-4 LPA. I plan to take the GATE ex...

Placements: Placement opportunities are okay to good. It fully depends on how you prepare yourself in the 4 years based on skills, personality, behavior, knowledge, etc. Generally, you get placement if you have skills and knowledge. The packages also depend on your skill. The highest package in my batch is 15 LPA.

Placements: In my class, about 80% students are placed from college placement, and those who put efforts to get college placement get placed. In my course, the highest package was offered about 10 lakhs per year, and minimum offered package was 2.1 lakhs per year. The top recruiting companies are Bosch, Tata Motors and Maruti Suzuki.
