BVIMR follows a separate admission process for its MBBS programme based on the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) scores.

NEET is a national-level medical entrance exam conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for admission to undergraduate medical programs in India. BVIMR, being an MCI-recognized institution, accepts NEET scores for admission to its MBBS program. For regular category students, the BMAT exam is a must, along with GD and PI. Selection is done according to the merit list prepared from the marks they scored in the BMAT exam of 200 marks +GD+PI. Whereas, NRI/Foreign/PIO/OCI/INSTITUTIONAL QUOTA students are selected with a separate merit list prepared depending upon their merit category. The seat intake is 180 for MBA with dual specialisations. The final merit list is a combination of BMAT, GD, and PI scores achieved by the candidate.

The cutoff for Bharati Vidyapeeth Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre (BVIMR), New Delhi, for the academic year 2023 will be released by the institute after the completion of the admission process.
