Q:   Is IMS Noida good for BCA?

A:
{Source: BCA students & alumni}

Based on the reviews and feedback from students and alumni, here are the key points to consider when deciding whether IMS Noida is good for BCA:

* Placement record: Approximately 60-70% of students get placed in companies like TCS, Wipro, Infy, and more, with salary packages ranging from 2-30 LPA.
* Teaching quality: Teachers are helpful, knowledgeable, and supportive, making the course curriculum relevant and industry-ready.
* Infrastructure: The campus has decent infrastructure, with Wi-Fi availability, air-conditioned classrooms, and a library.
* Internship opportunities: Many students get internships in companies like Byjus, HCL, and others, providing hands-on experience and exposure.
* Facilities: The college has a good scholarship scheme, and medical facilities are available.

However, some drawbacks mentioned by students include:

* Old infrastructure: The campus infrastructure is old and may need renovation.
* Limited hostel facilities: Only girls' hostels are available, and students have to look for external accommodations.
* High fees: The college fees might be steep for some students.
* Competition: Competition for placements and internships can be intense.

Overall, IMS Noida seems to have its strengths in terms of teaching quality, infrastructure, and placement records. However, it's essential for students to weigh the pros and cons before making an informed decision about joining the college.

Q:   Is it worth pursuing B.J.M.C. at IMS Noida?

A:
{Source: B.J.M.C. students & alumni}

Based on the student reviews and feedback, here's what you need to know:

* Placement Record: Unfortunately, the placement record of the college is quite poor. Out of 100%, only 30% of students got placed, and the highest package offered was around 4-5 Lacs (INR).

* Internship Opportunities: While some students did receive internships, most of them were unpaid. However, the college does offer internships, and more than 50% of students have received opportunities from top recruitment companies.

* Faculty and Teaching Quality: Students praise the faculty members' helpfulness, qualifications, and teaching quality. They emphasize that the course is relevant to the curriculum and prepares students for the industry.

* Infrastructure and Facilities: Despite having decent facilities, such as Wi-Fi, libraries, and studios, students mention that these facilities could be better utilized. Additionally, the hostel rooms are average, and the canteen options are limited.

* Student Life: Fests and events occur regularly on campus, and students seem to enjoy participating in them. However, there might be scope for improvement regarding event planning and organization.

* Complaints: Some students express dissatisfaction with the lack of coordination between teachers and students, occasional unavailability of certain teachers during office hours, and the suboptimal use of facilities.

In conclusion, while B.J.M.C. at IMS Noida may have its strengths, particularly in terms of faculty and curriculum relevance, its weak placement record and mediocre infrastructure may raise concerns. Prospective students should carefully weigh these factors before making an informed decision.

Keep in mind that individual experiences may vary, and it's essential to research thoroughly and gather diverse perspectives to form a well-rounded opinion.

In our college, placements reviews are too good, and infrastructure is also good.
Placements: Approximately 50% of students were placed in my course. 7 Lakh to 9 Lakh is the highest package, and 5 Lakh to 6 Lakh is the average package. Tech Mahindra, Infosys, Wipro are the top recruiting companies. 40% of students got internships in Tech Mahindra. Sales Executive is the top role offered in our course.
Infrastructure: Best facilities like labs, classrooms, and infrastructure are available for the BBA course. The quality of food is very good, and medical facilities are also best in our hostel. Mess and canteen facilities are too good for all students and staff. Wi-Fi and library are also available in the hostel.
Faculty: The teaching quality of our teachers is very helpful and knowledgeable. Semester exams are difficult, and the pass percentage is 33%. Teachers are too good, and their way of teaching is also good for all students. The course curriculum is also good because it makes the students industry-ready.
Other: Because I'm interested in marketing, the best thing in my course is that we learn how to manage our business and social lifestyle. Leadership qualities improve in our course. The campus crowd is also good.

IMS NOIDA, best college for BCA.
Placements: The college gives 100% placement guarantee with 3-4 conditions: 60% minimum marks, 75% attendance, No complaints during your session. The highest package I have seen in our college is 25 LPA and the minimum is 5-6 LPA. Wipro, Google, TCS, Mahindra, and other companies came to take students for internships. I don't know the exact data as I heard from the 3rd year, but almost 98% of students have chances of placement if all conditions are met. Roles offered include managers, software engineers, and many coding roles. For law students, many other posts like lawyer, advocate, etc., are available.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good, but one thing I don't like is that there is no AC in the BCA rooms. AC is available only for law and BBA students, not for BCA. Hostel food and cleanliness are good, as I have heard, but I didn't opt for the hostel, though a friend who opted for it shared this feedback.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, like the C language mam, who helps each student separately with coding-related questions. The course definitely prepares students for the industry, but there are some things students learn after the internship as well. The semester exams are just like our school exams; I didn't find it hard to give the exams.
Other: I opted for this college because one of my friends is studying here, and I also viewed many reviews on the internet about the college placement, which is why I chose it. I also considered Amity University, but it is very expensive, and the teachers, as I saw in reviews, are not as good. At my college, many fests happen, like Holi, Diwali, Garba, etc. There are many activities like cricket and football once a week when scheduled.

Good infrastructure and good colleges for management and law
Placements: 70 percent of students got placed in my college. Top recruitment companies are Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Tata, and many more. 60 percent of students have the opportunity to get an internship. Top roles offered in my course are advising head, law firm, etc. The highest package is 10 LPA and the lowest is 2 LPA.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available in every floor, and the hostel is also available. The canteens are small, but the food is so tasty that there are two canteens. The sports room is also available in the college. There are two libraries for law and management students. Overall, good infrastructure.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified and experienced in teaching skills and qualities. Also, the semester exam difficulty level is moderate with good understanding; it could be clear to anyone the exam. The passing percentage of my course is 95 percent instead of the back.
Other: My passion is law, and many of my relatives are lawyers. I want to pass the judiciary exam, that’s why I chose this course. Events and fests are also organised by the college. Scholarships are also provided through the exam.

IMS Noida is the best. Review is okay!
Placements: 85% of students are placed in my course depending on the marks they represent themselves. Google, Microsoft, Technova, etc., companies visit. The number of companies visiting for placement is 90+. And they try almost every student to get placed from their college.
Infrastructure: No private rooms are provided. The food is okay, but the prices are, I guess, too high for such a rate. Classrooms and library facilities are good. Canteen food is amazing; I won't lie. Games, dance, singing, radio station— there are so many other activities .
Faculty: Faculty is just too good. Exams are 3 sessional of 15 marks and one final exam of 75 marks. 25 marks are of attendance, assignment, even of sessional exams. No student is allowed to appear for an exam if the attendance is below 75%. So it follows a strict pattern.

The faculty of the college is good, but the placement scenario is not good for students.
Placements: Out of 50 students who had been interviewed, only one got placed. The average package was around 6 LPA recently, and the lowest is 3–4 LPA. Hardly 2% of students got internships from the college. As the college said, companies like HDFC will audit, but not a single one. For placement,.
Infrastructure: The quality of food in the canteen was average. The infrastructure of the college was also not that good. Wi-Fi was not available for the students; that's for the teachers only. The facilities for games was also not good; the teachers were absent for 2-3 days and the students also don't care about the games if the teacher doesn't come.
Faculty: The teachers were helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The course curriculum was relevant; well, it depends on the faculty and students both. The exam was not difficult, but getting a number in the exam was difficult. The pass percentage in semester exam was above 40%.

College is good and infrastructure is also good. Faculty of this college is good.
Placements: As I see, 70% of students were placed in the companies. I don't know about the package they got but as an average, they got about 4–7 lakhs. The companies that I have seen there are TCS and Wipro. Only that much I know. I don't know about the top roles in my course but our college supports us for better placement.
Infrastructure: To be honest, I'm not happy with the facilities of my course because they don't provide us air conditioners. The faculty is very good and teachers are very cooperative. I don't know about the hostel but there is a decent canteen and the food quality is not very good or very bad. Food facilities are also good but you won't be able to play basketball there.
Faculty: The teaching quality of my course is very good and I am so happy to have this kind of facility in my college for my course. Teachers are so cooperative and they are so helpful. In my course, they teach us the French language to make us ready for the industries. The semester exams are average. It totally depends on the student and the way he's studying.
Other: I chose BCA because I have interest in coding and the best thing about my course is that if you are interested in computers and big companies like Amazon, Flipkart, etc. then you should pursue BCA. The most importantly, I was from a commerce background; that's why I pursued BCA. Another best thing about my course is that BCA is cheaper than BTech and this course is only for 3 years. My college events are good and I don't know about the festivals. Campus crowd is also good. Extracurricular activities are also good in my college; I am doing them to support us.
