The college is absolutely objective and not subjective as it is more into academics and not talent.

Placements: Placements for our batch are going smoothly, and the placements for our senior batch were a bit dull. Around 70-80% of the students get placed from the college. The highest salary package offered this year is 10 LPA by Microsoft, the average salary package offered is 3.6 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 1.8 LPA. Major companies like Microsoft, Amazon, Delloite, Tek Systems, Infosys, TCS, Wipro, High Radius, Musigma, Shopclues, L&T, Tech Mahindra, Byju's and many more have visited th...

Partly satisfied because the college doesn't guarantee on providing placements to students.

Placements: Almost 98% of students got placed with an average package of 3.50 lacs per annum and above. Microsoft, Wipro, Deloitte, Mothercare, Racecourse, Kloudgin, etc. companies visited the campus for placements this year. Microsoft offered the highest package of 10 LPA. Students were given pre-placement training.

The college is on the top 36th rank in the top 100 best private colleges in India.

Placements: Our senior batch students are brilliant enough to get selected in most of the companies. Almost 85% of the students got placed till now. The highest salary offered to 3 of our college's students is 16 lacs per annum by Microsoft, and the lowest is 3.20 LPA. Many startup companies have visited and also recruited many students. Top companies like IBM, IBS, Microsoft, Wipro, Deloitte, Accenture, Infosys and TCS have recruited many of our senior students. Around 60% of the students got internships f...

Overall, my experience in the college during my tenure was good.

Placements: In my batch, recruitment in the software sector was excellent, but it was not good for the core sector. If you wish to get placed a core sector job on the campus drive, then this college is not for you. The teachers will train you for competitive exams, but you have to get scores and crack government exams on your own.

Honest review of Institute of Technical Education and Research.

Placements: Placements in our college are quite good compared to the other colleges. Most of the IT-sector companies visit our college to hire the students. If you are a student of CSE or CSIT, you can definitely crack an interview. This time, Microsoft also visited ITER and hired four students. Amazon and Adobe make their campus drive soon.

Its a decent college with proper education system and an average placement record.

Placements: Placements were quite decent for both our and senior batch. Around 80% of students were placed from both batches with an average salary of nearly 3L/annum. Big tech giants like TCS, Infy, cognizant, HCL etc. Came for placement. Mainly developer and testing jobs were offered in high numbers.

Not satisfied with facilities for the fee paid and worst placements for the 2017 batch.

Placements: Placements of our batch were not good. Only a few companies came, and the percentage of recruitment has also decreased. Very less (1-2) core companies came for recruitment. Placements for the senior batch were good, more than 90% of students got hired. Mostly, students were offered the role of an assistant system engineer.

Students will have a really good time studying at ITER.

Placements: A good number of students get placed from ITER every year. The year I joined, above 90% of the students got placed in good companies. Companies like Deloitte, TCS, Amazon, etc. recruit students from ITER. There is a placement cell that looks after the recruitments. Apart from that, there is no internship facility. However, the college will allow you to do an internship on your own.

Best in facilities & faculty members but lacks in placement.

Placements: Placement for my batch were average with around 60% of the students getting placed but most of the offers were from IT service provider like Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, Tech Mahindra, etc. Which offered a package of around 3LPA, while few students also got good roles with package around 5-6LPA but that were very less. Plus getting jobs in core companies was very hard as hardly any of them visited for our year. The placement for senior batch was very bad as only 30-40% students could be placed and...

Absolutely satisfied because of faculties, good placement, really good infrastructure and facilities

Placements: The placements were very good at my time. Even my seniors got placed in reputed MNCs. There is a record of placements in my batch. Around 1200 students were recruited by Infosys, and other students were recruited by other MNCs. The highest package was 6 LPA by FCS and the avg salary was around 3.5 LPA. Around 90? Were placed.

A very good college in Odisha.

Placements: Our seniors and our batch students were offered good placements. Almost 80% of the students were successfully placed. Companies like Infosys and TCS were the mass recruiters. The average package offered was 4 LPA, and the highest package offered was 6 LPA by FCS. The pre-placement training provided was good enough.

A brief review of ITER, SOA University.

Placements: Placements for our previous batch were decent. Our batch placements were better with offers from Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, GyanSys, etc. Among other companies. Mostly these companies offered Systems Engineer roles. There was no scope of internship from the college and hence people are did their internships with external firms.

Placements: We had a good number of recruiters for our batch. The college took immense care to bring more recruiters. We had a good number of placements in our batch. Almost 80% of the students got placements. Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, FCS and TCS visited the campus for the placements of my batch.

This is a good college which has the potential of becoming a great college.

Placements: Placements were not that great for our batch. Mostly, IT companies visit the college for placements, but the students from core streams get a raw deal. The highest and the lowest salaries cannot be disclosed. For a college of this stature, it is important to get good companies which offer good profiles.

The college offers the worst placement opportunities in Odisha.

Placements: If you are looking for placements, then don't join ITER. Overall, only 30% of the students get placed. Only 5 to 6 MNCs visited the campus this year, but apart from those, all the companies that visited the campus were from the BPO industry. You have chances to get placed if you are from the computer science background. Otherwise, it is not worth spending ten lakhs to study in this college.

The college is satisfactory because of placements.

Placements: Placements in our college were pretty good. FCS (TEKsystems) hired 4 students. Wipro and Infosys were day 0 companies, around 600 students got placed in Infosys and close to 350 got through Wipro. Following many companies like Capgemini and Techmahindra came to the campus for placements. Faculty are very supportive and organise regular classes for placement training.

ITER- Revolutionising Students.

Placements: I am presently promoted to 2nd Year with a SGPA of 9.58 in 2nd Semester, so our batch presently don't have campus recruitment. I had heard from my seniors that college provide excellent placements to its students. The college's placement cell is active throughout the year and conducts pre-placement classes for 7th Semester students to be well versed with campus placement process. ITER is the second best private college in Orissa.

Placements: My batch had decent placements. Few students bagged 4 LPA package. However, the majority of the batch remained unplaced but were given compensation of Rs. 20,000 per month. Our seniors didn't face this kind of placement issue. Close to 90% of the batch was placed from our senior batch, 50% of the students from our batch got placed.
