International Institute Of Culinary Arts, New Delhi is good for the basics, bad for expectations.
Placements: College offers no placements. We had 7 students in the advanced diploma in confectionery and patisserie. You get the job on the condition that you can give it a try. It's not a maintained temperature to work with chocolate, but good for basics. It also depends on how much time you're willing to give there.
