From study point of view it's okay but you may disappointed because of less fests and events.

Faculty: Most of our faculty are experienced and good in knowledge and they have done their M.Tech. The quality of teaching is somehow fine. Most of you think that it's difficult to pass the semester but it depends upon you. Unless you do hard work on your studies, it's easy to pass.

Absolutely dissatisfied with the college.

Faculty: Faculty is extremely good. Semester exams are so hard and the pass percentage is 55% in the 1st year. In the 2nd year, 71% is the pass percentage. In the 3rd year, 75% is the pass percentage. In the final year, 96% is the pass percentage. Semesters are based on what companies are asking.

Hostel food is the worst. The infrastructure is good.

Faculty: Faculty members are okay, and many exams are conducted. Four unit tests, two mid-exams, internals, and externals are all organised to enhance students scope. Regarding exams, it is manageable because these frequent exams help students gain knowledge.

JBIET: Evergreen college for aspiring students.

Faculty: The faculty of our college are very experienced and highly qualified. Our class room contains a projector for each class. So that faculty can teach students practically. As this college is an autonomous college, the course curriculum is designed by the HOD. Each semester contains at least 21 credits. Each subject carries 2–3 credits.

Good infrastructure and facilities.

Faculty: Faculty members were supportive by providing students with fifty percent of their daily time for leisure due to various activities. The quality of the course curriculum is deemed effective if delivered adequate. Examinations are of average difficult as teachers do not actively instruct in class, which may result in challenging exam papers.

Some good things and some bad things.

Faculty: My college staff are not good; some teachers do not teach well, and the quality of education is also not good. The course curriculum is also of medium level for the students, and the semester exams are very hard for the students. It is very difficult for the students to pass the exams.

Life of JB IT is very nice.

Faculty: Faculty members are required to have ANM Teach qualification in order to be hire at our college. They are known for being supportive and approachable towards students, providing assistance whenever needed. Semester exams take place every four months, with two mid-term exams per semester. The exams are considered to be of moderate to challenging difficult.

Absolutely super college and faculty.

Faculty: Faculty members are well-educated and knowledgeable. The course curriculum is practical and prepares students for the industry. Teachers guide students effective in solving challenging problems and thoroughly prepare them. Although exams can be tough, with the support and direction of teachers, they can be managed easily.

The college is good for placements.

Faculty: Faculty members arriving to instruct possess ample knowledge, are approachable towards students, and motivate them to enhance their understanding of the subjects. The primary academic structure is highly comprehensive, enabling students to grasp concepts effortlessly and be well-prepared for future employment. Although the semester exams may be slightly challenging, scoring well is attainable through thorough subject comprehension. The pass rate typically reaches around 80% without much difficul...

An average college with decent placements.

Faculty: The teachers are supportive and good enough, but not up to a high level. Some of them are excellent at what they teach, while others are not. The course curriculum is well-designed and makes the students industry-ready, but students need to put in extra efforts outside the college syllabus to secure a position in a good company.

Civil engineering life in JBIET and its overall review.

Faculty: In JBET, teaching is not very good. There are many new teachers. They may have good knowledge, but without any experience, no one can be perfect. So I feel unsatisfied with the staff. The courses are relevant and based on civil engineering only. Passing a semester is not so hard if you study well. Pass percentage is -70–80%.
