I am dissatisfied because of the faculty members.

Placements: About 40-45% of the students from our course got placed. The highest salary package offered ranges between 4-5 LPA, and the average salary package offered ranges between 3-4 LPA. The lowest salary package offered ranges between 1-2 LPA. Top recruiting companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, etc., visit our campus for placements. Only 10% of the students from our course got an internship in Infosys.

Our college is good, but it needs renovation.

Placements: Our college provides a few placements, but nowadays the placements in our college are increasing. Placements depend on the course which we are studying. The computer science branch has a lot of placements, but other branches have few placements.

It's the best college for students who can motivate in all aspects. Others can't stay here.

Placements: Placements are far better than other colleges around us and not that better as compared to colleges like CBIT and MGIT. Recently placements are very less in our branch as compared to CSE. However, our director promised us in case of placements if we passed out with a good percentage in the final year. Less percentage of students got placed this year, but earlier, they are far better in our college.

Happy to be a part of JBIET and happy with the faculty.

Placements: The college management will provide good placements with considerable salaries for the last year. Around 43 members were placed from EEE, and the placements are good for ECE and CSE students more than EEE. The highest package is around INR 13 LPA in the last year.

A good college with good atmosphere and leaning.

Placements: Yes, we have good placement. Many of the top companies are coming to our college. The package is also good. Top companies like HP, Amazon, IBM, TCS. Etc. are the main recruiters. Major CSE students are getting selected compared to the other group students. The selected students will be 40% in college.

It is a very good college, but faculty members are bad.

Placements: Placements are a bit not more for the civil course, but IT and CSE students have more placements as compared with other departments. Our college is trying to get it. They must concentrate on placement cell, and they should change the placement officer. They should increase relation with companies, but now placements are below average.

Choose any other college if you have a good rank.

Placements: The placements are increasing day by day. It is quite moderate. Here we can only get placements with marks, we do not get according to our talent. In my college, some companies visit here for the placements but it is very tough to get placed.

No satisfaction because of no improvement in communication skills and placements too.

Placements: Placements are good for CSE and ECE and not for other branches. Because of that, the most preference is given to the top branches. The management does not concentrate on civil and mechanical branches. Although the college atmosphere is good but the lack of placements is a major problem. The management is not interested to give any project to the students.

Autonomous college and it is the best thing about it.

Placements: Due to our senior batch, we got very less placements. Later, the batch completely went off campus placements and the college did not support for on campus placements at all. There is very much partiality among students.

I am satisfied with this college but not satisfied as an engineer.

Placements: There were no placements during our period. But at present management was trying hard to achieve better placements for the students. As placements were very important and better jobs give better results for the upcoming engineer. The college will not consider placements as the major priority.

J. B institute of engineering and technology review.

Placements: The placements are not too many but nowadays they are increasing very much. Soon we will be able to get lot more because of the development of the college. They are following outcome-based education which is a very promising one. There should be a definite strike in the number of students placed.
