The college is good regarding placements and ROI.

Placements: Placements in our college are better than most of the other MBA colleges, and the ROI is awesome. All the well-reputed companies visit the college to conduct placements. It is up to you to grab the offer. The placement committee helps you to make your profile strong. Most of the companies visit the college only because of the strong alumni network. Alumni visit the college and guide us to get selected in their respective companies.

Why and why not JBIMS Mumbai

Placements: The placements are excellent. The average stipend for summer internships was 1.61 lakhs for 2 months while the highest was 4.5 lakhs. The average CTC offered was above 18 lakhs in the final placements of the 2017 batch. JBIMS is known for finance and the placements say it all. You name a company and it is there. Consulting roles are very few, so are core operations and HR. But marketing is pretty good in terms of placements.

JBIMS is a well-known B-School in India and it lives up to its name of being in the top schools in the country. The visiting faculty is excellent and there is a plenty of practical industry knowledge shared in lectures. The college facilities are good enough with a humongous collection of research papers and journals present in the library. To top it all, the placements are top notch with major companies coming to the campus for recruitments.

This college is very appropriately known as the CEO factory. With a top notch faculty team who teach not only for the monetary benefits but also out of pure love for their alma mater. This college is worth every penny of your fee and the students leave the top IIMs to come to this college. With an excellent education and superb placements, no wonder this college is among the top 10 colleges in the country.

JBIMS, fondly known as the CEO factory, has produced a countless number of highly successful alumni over the years since 1965. Securing a seat in this institute surely filled me up with pride. I wasn't disappointed at all when I saw the caliber of my classmates. The passion to succeed and deliver runs so high in the students and visiting faculty members alike, that the ordinary infrastructure of this autonomous institution gets ignored. Once you enter the hallowed 'Red Building' next to the ICI...

This is one of the B-schools whose name speaks for itself. The classes are interactive in nature and are a healthy mix of formal lectures, case studies, and presentations. A lot of emphasis is given to the overall development of students and hence internal assessment has a 40% weightage. Tests are conducted on a regular basis which can be both, planned as well as surprise in nature. Students are given handouts of relevant subjects and most of the teachers share their presentations with them.

The college was very good. I really miss my college days. IIFT has a competitive mix of 950-1200 students. The seniors are supportive and there's no ragging. The average packages are around rupees 12.40 lakhs per annum and go up to rupees 22 lakhs per annum. Examples of campus recruiters: Amazon, Google, P&G, ITC, Airtel, Flipkart, etc.

The college is situated in the heart of financial hub and is known for its vintage, amazing alumni network and a value for money institute. The college comes under Mumbai University for admissions. The college crowd was decent. The faculty members were up to the mark. During the course, we had many industrial visits . However, the placement cell was a little strict.

The college has a prestigious reputation for engineering. All the top ranked students at the entrance exam prefer to join this college and hence knowledge gaining amongst peers is maximum. The college is located in one of the most conducive locations for learning in Mumbai which adds to its value. The quality of faculty is comparable to other colleges in the city. But a sense of pride belonging to this college is something that pushes the students to deliver to their limits in whatever they do.
